From the ease of setting up an appointment to the kind, caring staff, it was (other than the illnesses that brought us in there) an overall great experience. The entire staff was amazing, warm, and attentive with all 3 of my children who needed to be seen yesterday. This will be our go-to Urgent Care anytime the need arises.

This was hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had at a walk-in clinic ever!! Rikki and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I felt like she took the time to ask a lot of questions and examine me fully with no shortcuts. I felt truly cared for from the time I walked in until the time I left. It really felt like a concierge experience. I was met at the door when I arrived and walked out when I left. I highly recommend them and Texas Health!! Great health system!!

I was grateful that they offered after 5pm time slots because of job. Also, they have x-ray machine which helped the PA/NP give me results during examination (not having to go elsewhere). The staff is always polite, the PA/NP listened to me, examined foot, then showed Radiology results of no fracture.
I've been to this location before with good results, I would definitely return when needed and would definitely recommend to others.
