I appreciate a provider willing to look at a patient given the circumstances and utilize the information at hand to make a clinical decision about treatment rather then sending a patient to an emergency department for a minor / moderate injury from 8 days prior. That is how healthcare should be delivered rather then deferring directly to an already over burdened healthcare setting such as an emergency department. Thank you.

The young lady who took my vitals & checked me in was friendly & fantastic. The nurse practitioner seemed to just want to diagnose me & get me out of the office as soon as possible. I was misdiagnosed with strep throat when I actually had Covid. It's been a miserable experience & I'm very let down.
