The NP was very professional did her work but made the situation light and talked about other things to make the time go quickly and get us out in no time. The concierge was very professional and even though the real time insurance verifier was not working took time to try again and made sure we paid so we didn't get hit with a bill later.

I was seen extremely fast and felt heard about all symptoms. I was prescribed the right medication without even having to question anything. I felt better later that evening.

Everyone was very attentive and caring they asked all the right questions and got me the answers i needed. The medicine has been working really well my only wish is that i could have been given something in the moment to feel better because the pharmacy took way too long to get my medication so i felt pretty bad for a while longer.
