I was called back immediately with no wait time. Vitals were taken and questions asked about my visit. I was examined and tested for my throat. I was recommended treatment with one prescription & normal OTC medication for my symptoms.

All of the staff I interacted with were polite, professional and excellent examples of how customer service should be conducted. The facility is very clean and in great condition. The speed with which I was seen was amazing, I couldn't ask for anything better. This is my 2nd time going there and it's where my family will go for our future urgent care needs.

My visit was handled well from the moment I arrived
My initial information was taken by the receptionist and I was quickly guided into an exam room.
Shortly followed by an in-depth medical history and vitals taken by a very professional medical assistant. Within 5 minutes I was greeted by and examined by the Physician Assistant who was very knowledgeable and very professional. My questions were answered and following treatment I was released. I was instructed to call or come back to be seen should my condition change. Overall I was extremely pleased with my visit to Breeze. Should I need any additional medical care in the future I would not hesitate to return .
