The NP was very sweet and patient. My son cut his finger and needed stitches. He was very nervous about having to get a local anesthetic through an injection, and she thoroughly explained the procedure to my son to help calm him down. A great experience overall regarding the circumstances of our visit.

Very thorough in exam, extremely kind and sympathetic, ordered prescriptions immediately. I have been to many urgent cares over the years and this by far, was the best visit. They thought to check for Covid, which I was positive for, and it wasn't on my radar. They listened, looked at the forms submitted, and decided to test me for other things beyond what illness I went in for. I tested positive for Covid and would have had no idea. I'm now seeing symptoms in my children that I know are not allergies or sinuses like they think.
The front staff was amazing about explaining insurance and why the cost was so high and my options to help the visit count towards my deductible.
I later called, panicked about who I may have exposed because I never dreamed I had Covid (have had it enough to show symptoms), and they were kind enough to put me on hold and ask the provider directly, rather than leaving a message.
Megan, the NP, listened to me when I spoke of things beyond the scope of my illness. She truly took the time to listen, not rush me, and expressed sympathy for what I was going through.
The entire staff at the Bryant Irvin location were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful in every way.
This will be the only urgent care I will visit after yesterday's experience. I hope the other providers and staff are as great as the team that worked this past Saturday (yesterday).

I go to Breeze because everyone is always professional, quick, organized and it's very clean. The PA and NP seemed to really care about assisting and choosing the right treatment plan.

I love Breeze! It checks all the boxes for easy check in, online appt, in and out with wonderful techs. I've even had a foot xray done at Breeze. Beats an office visit with a PCP... hands down!

I didn't have to wait long. Took me into the room. Listened carefully. Did some test. Called in my prescriptions and out the door I went. I do want to tell you about my vist on January 15th. I am alive because of the team. They assessed me quickly and called an ambulance. I was in ICU for 7 days

The service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Everyone was so kind. I went in a holiday so all pharmacies were closed. I think I needed a heavier dose of pain medicine because I'm in extreme pain. Over all EXCELLENT!
