The absolute BEST physician! Dr. Kosteva is very compassionate, caring and never makes me feel like he is rushed. He will answer all of my questions before he leaves. I know when I have to go into the office for anything that I am given top notch service!

SO thorough, kind, and competent. Didn’t think my wrist would be able to return to normal activities but dr Fras did a wonderful job with the surgery and I have full function back.
