Experienced vertigo for multiple days, woke up Friday morning w symptoms that would not diminish. Called IHA Domino Farms & able to make an appt w Dr. Vaughn. Appreciated his expertise without prescribing medication.

My experience with Dr Vaughn is exceptional! I worked in the medical field for 30 plus years and he is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met! He's friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.. I don't know what I would do without him!! As far as I'm concerned he saved my life twice and I am so thankful and blessed! I feel that is because he is so darn smart! Overall Dr Vaughn is just a wonderful doctor! ☺️

Dr. Vaughn is an extremely thorough GP and I have always had best advice/treatment from him during last many years that I visited Trinity for my annual physical exams. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who listens to your grievances patiently.

He's always very professional, he listens to me during our visits and provides appropriate feedback. He responds to communication requests in a timely manner and I never feel like he's being rushed to finish with me to get to another patient. I appreciate his professionalism.

Very friendly and to the point about what I need to do going forward with additional test to establish my health baseline.
I left the office with a sense of relief that what I have been putting off for whatever reason was silly and unnecessary, Dr. Vaughn and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and a priority.

Dr. Vaughn was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I was telling him, it was a very good start of my new relationship and health journey with Dr Vaughn.He suggested what tests I needed to schedule for him to gather more understanding of my health and to establish a base line to monitor going forward.

Dr. Vaughn is an excellent physician. He listens to what I have to say and provides appropriate explanations and advice. I’m 72 years old and have had a few different PCPs in my life. He has been the best.

IHA has always provided me with excellent primary care physicians. When my previous longtime PCP, Dr. David Winston, retired, I was certain that he would be a tough act to follow and crossed my fingers that all would be well, but Dr. Vaughn has certainly filled that role admirably.

Dr Vaughn was very thorough with my annual physical exam.He spent a lot of time asking questions of me and explaining the results of my blood tests. We also discussed issues about my Guillian-Barre condition and pass historyOf having this condition for 45 years.
