Dr Hewitt is compassionate and empathetic. Appointments are scheduled nicely spaced thus avoiding an in office delay and same day appointments can be made. She actively listens to your concerns and answers questions to be sure the patient is clearly understanding follow up care. Lab on site is convenient.

Dr Hewitt is an excellent doctor that I trust with my life! She has helped me get healthy at at 67. I have got off Metformin that I have been on for years! I’m down 60 lbs and my A1C is down to 5.3.She listens to me and always gives me peace of mind when it comes to my health.

My urgent condition was met with concern and empathy. Extra time was taken to select medication that would not upset my current medication list. Lab work was ordered to be sure a complete understanding of needed treatment was reached.

She is through, encourages questions and being involved in your personal health. She is a great listener and gives me confidence in her ability to do her job as a PCP with the feedback and/or treatment plan she gives after listening. She shows kindness and understanding while seeing you as a person, not just a number in her day. After my visit this week she called me herself to discuss my lab work and what I needed for a treatment plan. She didn't put it off on a nurse. That says a lot about her as a doctor. For the first 28 years of my life I saw the same Doctor until cancer took him. I saw him all those years because he showed the same qualities Dr. Hewitt possess. She is truly a wonderful Doctor!

Dr Hewitt is wonderful. Her appointments run right on time. We walked through my medical history without being rushed. She addressed all my questions with genuine concern. A treatment plan was discussed and referrals given for future care. The scheduling team is efficient in finding an appointment time to fit your schedule. The MA Nuwna took the initiative to be inviting and caring. She seemed happy in her work environment and was a pleasure to interact with. There is a lab within the same building, I found that to be a nice feature. Plenty of parking close to the building with several special needs spaces. Restaurants and Meijer store nearby.
