Dr Hewitt is compassionate and empathetic. Appointments are scheduled nicely spaced thus avoiding an in office delay and same day appointments can be made. She actively listens to your concerns and answers questions to be sure the patient is clearly understanding follow up care. Lab on site is convenient.

Dr Hewitt is an excellent doctor that I trust with my life! She has helped me get healthy at at 67. I have got off Metformin that I have been on for years! I’m down 60 lbs and my A1C is down to 5.3.She listens to me and always gives me peace of mind when it comes to my health.

My urgent condition was met with concern and empathy. Extra time was taken to select medication that would not upset my current medication list. Lab work was ordered to be sure a complete understanding of needed treatment was reached.

She is through, encourages questions and being involved in your personal health. She is a great listener and gives me confidence in her ability to do her job as a PCP with the feedback and/or treatment plan she gives after listening. She shows kindness and understanding while seeing you as a person, not just a number in her day. After my visit this week she called me herself to discuss my lab work and what I needed for a treatment plan. She didn't put it off on a nurse. That says a lot about her as a doctor. For the first 28 years of my life I saw the same Doctor until cancer took him. I saw him all those years because he showed the same qualities Dr. Hewitt possess. She is truly a wonderful Doctor!

Dr Hewitt is wonderful. Her appointments run right on time. We walked through my medical history without being rushed. She addressed all my questions with genuine concern. A treatment plan was discussed and referrals given for future care. The scheduling team is efficient in finding an appointment time to fit your schedule. The MA Nuwna took the initiative to be inviting and caring. She seemed happy in her work environment and was a pleasure to interact with. There is a lab within the same building, I found that to be a nice feature. Plenty of parking close to the building with several special needs spaces. Restaurants and Meijer store nearby.

Dr. Hewitt has been monitoring and treating me for diabetes and hypertension since she joined the Trinity organization and has successfully enabled me to achieve reasonable test results for both.

I appreciate that she never makes me feel rushed or belittles my questions or concerns. She is attentive and listens to all my questions about all my health concerns even though some are treated by other specialists ( allergy and asthma, endocrinologist, rheumatologist etc.) She has never directed me to ask someone else but responds to all my needs. That is appreciated more then I can say.

I’m very satisfied with Dr. Hewitt. She’s very nice sometimes we joke around makes me laugh and make her laugh we get along. She understands on my knees and she gives me good advice and if I need to see another doctor for one of my condition she sends me to the right place And I appreciate her very much. My appointment was late afternoon, but I was put in an examining room in a timely manner and the MA was very good and Dr. Hewitt took her time during my visit. She did not rush me and we were able to talk about issues.

She has been my primary physician since I started coming to the Trinity group I think she's a fantastic doctor she's very attentive listens extremely well and I changed insurance companies because they did not cover her and I was not going to leave her as my primary I'm extremely pleased with everything.
