Dr. Caren is excellent, and I genuinely enjoy her care. However, I need to provide feedback regarding the significant wait times in the office, which I find extremely concerning from a patient experience standpoint.My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 AM, and I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. It was over an hour before a nurse came in, and then more than another hour before Dr. Caren entered the room.While I understand that delays can occasionally happen in a medical setting, this level of waiting is not sustainable and feels both unprofessional and disrespectful to patients’ time.If patients were to arrive that far behind schedule, there would typically be consequences or fees applied. I would appreciate understanding how the practice accounts for the significant delays on the provider side, and what steps are being taken to improve timeliness moving forward.I value Dr. Caren’s care and would like to continue as a patient, but I hope this feedback can be taken seriously as it impacts the overall experience.

She introduced herself she sat down. She asked me all kinds of questions about myself and what I’m experiencing and how I’m feeling and what she could do to help me and she’s such a wonderful doctor and I feel really comfortable with her. Thank you, Dr. Caren.

At my previous visit, my blood pressure was high so Dr. Caren wanted to check it again in a month. I thought that was all she would do. However, she she went over other health issues i had and spent a great deal of time with me. I was very impressed.

Like I said, she explained things to me. She sat down. She didn’t rush she let me ask her questions. She explained things to me. I can understand and I’m just wonderful doctor and she’s gonna help me with things that I need help with and she’s just wonderful and I’m very grateful to have her.

Dr. Caren is the sweetest and most compassionate doctor I have the pleasure of seeing every year for my annual physical. She remembers me and asks about my family. I can talk to her about anything, and she gives me answers I can understand, and if I don't, she has the patience of a saint explaining it to me. Students that are on her service are fortunate to work with her. She is a wonderful doctor as well as a wonderful person!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Caren for over 3 decades. I left once and realized my mistake and came right back! She addresses any issue one may have. She's very thorough and she listens and never dismisses you, your feelings, your aches or pains. She's just a wonderful doctor.
