A simple apology for being an hour and 20 minutes late would have gone a long way. Or better yet, a phone call prior to the appointment to let patients know you were running that late

I had a very early appointment: 7:45 am. I waited at least 20 minutes to see the PA. Last time I waited over an hour. That's too long. At 7:45 how backed up can a person get???
