Knowledgeable, listened well and did not try to push me into something like surgery; we discussed the options including exercises I could do and he offered to be available if I had more questions.

I deeply appreciated the time Dr. Shepard Johnson spent educating me about my injury, explaining various treatment options, asking questions about my life (work, etc.) that would be relevant to my healing/recovery, and thoroughly answering my questions, all with patience and a warm, kind demeanor.

I didn't feel rushed at all during the appointment. Not only that, I was taken back a few minutes early and was finished in less than 1/2 hour. I felt seen and heard which is really important to me at the age I'm at now.

I had to go in for an emergency surgery on my finger and Dr Johnson was my surgeon. He was so nice explained what the procedure would be and I felt at ease. Time number 3 I am a pro by now, but so glad I am with Dr Johnson. He said remember the first time I said sometimes it takes 2-3 times this should be it. 😊
