Excellent ! Big break on July 24, 2025. A+ medical care from Trinity Health emergency center, surgery, and follow-up. Dr. Johnson and staff have been exceptional. Final check on October 28, 2025. I am very pleased with results.Thank you!

Dr. Johnson is amazing, he is easy to talk to, and he listens to all of my concerns. He is calm and makes you feel comfortable during a painful situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Shepard Johnson to anyone. My family has had two family members treated by him.

Dr Johnson and his staff were exceptional. They communicated very well with each other and myself. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Johnson took the time to listen to my symptoms. X-rays and appointment were done on time. Dr Johnson was very thorough with his diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr Johnson. If I ever have any further hand issues, I will definitely schedule an appointment with him. Thank you Dr Johnson & staff.

The one phrase I would recommend Dr. Johnson stop using with a patient is "this probably won't make sense to you or you probably won't understand this". My son's comment after was "does he think I'm stupid?". The rest of his style, tone, care and manner was excellent. And he explains well. Just assume the patient will get it, and if they don't they'll ask.
