Love this physician. Does not have the "surgeon" attitude. Felt respected and listened to. I have several friends that see him and they agree.

Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns about using medications for my arthritic pain. He gave me different treatments to choose from and agreed to starting with PT before medications including steroid injections.

Dr Sheppard is absolutely amazing. From his knowledge, to answering all my questions, he made me so comfortable discussing my options. I could not be any happier. I have witnessed what he can do as he had previously operated on my wife. She had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery had had perfect results. I am so grateful we have found this incredible Doctor. Thank you again Dr. Sheppard and all for of you at Trinity.

Dr Johnson shared with me my options after intensely listening to my issues. We have a game plan going forward. I cannot express how much I am impressed with Dr Johnson. From his knowledge, answering all my questions, not feeling rushed, just comfort. Cannot say enough how well I was treated.

Dr Johnson, is extremely compassionate, caring, and highly intelligent. He explained my X-Rays of my left wrist thoroughly, and scheduled me for a STAT CT Scan to further study any other questionable areas of the wrist. He followed up with a call in regards to the CT scan results. I felt very comfortable being in Dr Johnson’s care. I’ve been an established patient since November 10, 2021. I keep returning for his care, and feel honored to. My bilateral carpal tunnel surgery, left ring trigger, and left thumb trigger release surgeries were extremely successful! His professionalism is phenomenal, and appreciative.

Other than very good, his professional career for me was phenomenal!! I was grateful that Dr Johnson cared SO much about me as his patient to have a STAT CT Scan of my left wrist in order to treat me thoroughly. He placed the call after I tried first, and was told by the central scheduler that it would be 3 weeks out when I would be able to get in. He marked and told them it needs to be STAT! I had an appointment pop up on MyChart. I felt very important as his patient. Please share this with Dr. Johnson. I felt SO appreciative.

Excellent ! Big break on July 24, 2025. A+ medical care from Trinity Health emergency center, surgery, and follow-up. Dr. Johnson and staff have been exceptional. Final check on October 28, 2025. I am very pleased with results.Thank you!

Dr. Johnson is amazing, he is easy to talk to, and he listens to all of my concerns. He is calm and makes you feel comfortable during a painful situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Shepard Johnson to anyone. My family has had two family members treated by him.
