El doctor me atendió muy amable se ve qué sabe su profesión sobre la artritis reumatoide me mandó un tratamiento pero debido a mi trabajo no puedo asimilarlo nada más me siento bien Sábado y Domingo mi trabajo es esfuerzo físico por eso no puedo mejorar mucho mi condición gracias

He does not rush through the visit. He is friendly and explains things well. He give options including pros and cons of each.

Jennifer C provided excellent customer service and care to me. I needed a document signed by Dr Wise that I forgot to present at my appointment and it was critical I secure Dr Wise’s signature Friday morning. Jennifer could make no promises but encouraged me to drop off the papers by 8am. I did and ran errands before leaving town. Within in an hour I received Jennifer’s message to return to the office. The papers were signed. I was able to keep an afternoon appointment that secured documents that made my journey a success by accommodating issues I discussed with Dr Wise at our appointment. Jennifer was professional and compassionate. In my opinion Jennifer represented the spirit of mercy by her words and actions. She exemplified the key pillars of customer service - trust, competence, empathy and satisfaction. My week would have been significantly different without her assistance. I am forever grateful to Jennifer and Dr Wise.

Dr. Wise listens and explains things so a person knows exactly what they should or should not be doing. He is very kind and understanding and takes his time to explain things to you. I feel very comfortable talking to him and asking questions.

He’s knowledgeable on medication's. He listens to me and understands the goals I would like. If a Rx isn’t working he doesn’t make you feel badly. He works at achieving the goals that we both want. He is kind and personable.

Feel like I was listened to, but not looked at much. Not much hands on, did not explain, what it meant by my diagnosis and what to do except exercise. Feel like he could have educated me a little more on my past diagnosis and taken the time to help me understand it
