While I know that Dr. Konheim has an impossible schedule in the office as well as in the procedure rooms, I never feel like he is rushing through his appointments with me. I feel like we are partners in addressing my medical situation.

Receptionist: called down there 3 times in oct wondering about any prep. They told me no prep twice then few days before received call about prep. I had feeling there were some communication gaps between the receptionist and the doctor's helpers.

It took awhile to schedule the appointment, but upon arriving at the facility, it was extremely easy to register and super-fast being greeted in the waiting room and taken back to the room for the consultation.

Doctor Konheim, was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions.He provided information in a way that I could clearly understand my current status. Based on that discussion we agreed on the best treatment plan. He also listened to my feedback and allowed me to participate in the plan. In spite of my condition, I enjoyed my office visit.
