Great. Dr Konheim is knowledgeable, professional, and also personable. He listens and answers questions and initiates a dialog with the patient. He is thorough in explaining the treatment plans and the rational behind them.

Professional and courteous. There was some misinformation sent to me in email which resulted in my arrival time 45 minutes later than the expected. That also was handled professionally and sounded like the reason was identified.
