Doctor Konheim, was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions.He provided information in a way that I could clearly understand my current status. Based on that discussion we agreed on the best treatment plan. He also listened to my feedback and allowed me to participate in the plan. In spite of my condition, I enjoyed my office visit.

Dr Konheim insures that I understand the reason for a procedure, the details of the procedure, and he and his office a prompt on posting plans and resultsto the Patient Portal.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service and care that Dr. Konheim provided. He is a wonderful, caring doctor who listens to you and explains things extremely well. He doesn't use doctor speak. A great young doctor who has a bright future ahead of him. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Konheim is outstanding. He's extremely knowledgeable, is friendly and professional, and seems to be genuinely interested in my health and me as a patient. He takes the time to answer my questions clearly. I never feel he is trying to rush to get to the next patient. I highly recommend him.

I've always felt valued. I NEVER get that anymore with other providers. I'm always rushed through and cut off because they don't have time to listen to me. He does. He comes in prepared. They don't bother.

Very talented Dr but also very busy. Effectively got to the answer so next steps could happen. Somewhat disappointed that I have been referred to a partner for the next steps in treating the problem.

My appointment was being cancelled because of staff illness. I don’t recall the name of the woman who contacted me, but she did a terrific job, understanding what I needed done and promptly arranged for a video visit with the appropriate provider. I needed an appointment with an Innerstim surgeon.It looked like it was going to be a very disappointing day of cancelled appointments. She was above and beyond accommodating. Thanks for working with me, whoever you were!
