He genuinely listens to concerns, works hard to solves problems, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, is always respectful, and on top of that - he has a great attitude and a happy demeanor. He’s honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had.

Dr. Sung is the combination of what I am seeking in a primary care physician - he is personable, able to hear my list of symptoms and clearly delineate the issues, demonstrates a solid understanding of current research and treatment options, offers multiple possible approaches to get my feedback on which suits me, and takes action to help. It was great to be heard and seen, and to walk out with a prioritized plan to help.

He listened and *heard* me, clearly responded with the issues that he identified need resolution, and asked me which are my greatest priorities. He offered multiple approaches that could be taken and invited my feedback on which I preferred. His responses to me showed an excellent understanding of recent research (especially as it pertains to post-menopausal symptoms and treatment) as well as a compassion for my experiences.
