This was my first video call. We had some technical difficulties initially, however, Matt called me on my cell phone and it worked out well. The experience was a positive one for me and I am pleased with the plan Matt recommended to me as follow up. He was professional and courteous.

When I got home from appointment I call my pharmacy to pick up the different mask that Matt suggested and they said I was not eligible. Sent message to office and they sent me to the office in Ypsilanti to pick up a mask at their other office. To me that was something they didn’t have to do.

CLARK, MATTHEW JOSIAH was very interested in how my experience with the CPAP was going. He ask many probing questions and then suggested that I use a different mask. His involvement has improved my experience with using my CPAP machine.

I was very apprehensive after my initial diagnosis but Mr. Clark very thoroughly and clearly explained how to troubleshoot the problems I was experiencing with the cpap machine. He really put me at ease.
