Dr. Ott provides compassionate, thorough, top notch care. She is knowledgeable, timely, patient and understanding. She listens carefully, takes as much time as you need, provides excellent education, and follow up care. Her office is very responsive to all of our needs, and provides referrals, prescriptions, follow up appointments in a timely professional manner. We love the entire office.

Dr. Ott is caring and very considerate with my children. She asked me privately how my younger child was with shots so that she could make sure to bring it up at the appropriate time. I like that she listened to me but she addressed my child when asking the questions and waited patiently for his answer. Top notch provider.

I highly recommend Dr Ott and would consider her the best family practitioner I have had in my 72 years. Most professional and practical with a thorough understanding of my medical conditions. Her ‘bedside manner’ is most comforting as she can explain complicated medical concepts or therapies in a most colloquial and relevant manner. A rarity in this profession.
