The appointment went as it should have gone.the doctor took time to evaluate me fully and explained things so I could understand them. Now that the work comp nurse is not attending my appointments I’m finally getting the care I needed all along.

I came for a second opinion after my first orthopedic doctor at another practice would not review my MRI images, dismissed my physical symptoms, and left me with no clear path to recovery. Dr. Mlynarek did the exact opposite. He actually listened, dug deeper, and reviewed the imaging with me. He validated what I was experiencing, answered all of my questions clearly, and provided options to finally move forward and recover.

Ryan always comes in with a smile and greeting. He is always caring, doesn’t rush or treats me like just a number. Even as busy as he is. I will see him when ever I have an issue that he can treat.

Dr. Mlynarek, was absolutely amazing to the first initial consult to surgery and post op. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with orthopedic injuries. Honestly words can't express how great of a doctor and surgeon he is!

I have been seen Dr. Ryan for a long time now. He always greets you with a smile. Has treated me with great care and kindness. Easy to talk too and he explains things great. I never feel like just a number and that he is in a rush to get you in and out. Even though I know he is very busy. I have recommended him to many.

Great doctor. Clear, frank, compassionate, with a clear treatment recommendation, and clear that the decision was mine. Gave clear typical failure rate for procedure and where he thought I fit in that range. My condition was somewhat urgent, and he ensured surgery happened in short order. Highly recommended.

Dr. Mlynarek was my mother’s surgeon for her rotator cuff surgery, and he was phenomenal. He is extremely kind, highly knowledgeable, and very respectful of patients’ cultural sensitivities. His bedside manner was exceptional, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He also checked in closely during her recovery, which gave our family great peace of mind. He truly puts the patient first. By far, he is our favorite physician we have ever had.

I have been seeing him for a few years now. He always comes in with a smile and a hand shake and asks how I’ve been since seeing him last. He’s been very caring. I don’t feel like I’m just a number. I trust he will do what he can for me. I know he’s very busy and has time limits but most of the time I don’t feel he is rushing to get to the next patient.
