Dr.Mylnarek is an excellent surgeon, he is caring and he always listens to what I have to say, he has done rotator cuff repair surgery on both my shoulders and I have no complaints, I highly recommend Dr. Mylnarek if you're having problems with your shoulders.

Dr Mlynarek came highly recommended by some friends who had seen him for knee surgery. He was extremely thorough in my examination and spent a lot of time explaining things as to the issue and options to address. He has a wonderful bedside manner, easy to talk to and understand. The office staff was organized, professional and everything was punctual.

I came for a second opinion because the last visit didn't give me any hope or help. I was discouraged and frustrated. Doc listened and should compassion and caring. He offered solutions and a tax plan where the last visit with the other doc did none of those things

I’ve been working with Dr. Mylnarek for over a year after a traumatic event. He’s gone above and beyond from first appointment. Great conversationalist, utmost levels of professionalism, common courtesy, compassion, respect and sympathy. He lays out all options available, their pros and cons and what he would personally choose BUT never forces his choice as my decision. He’s the best in the orthopedic business

Dr Mlynarek is hands down the best doctor experience we have had. From the initial visit (he took almost an hour with us to fully explain what will happen and what to expect) to all follow ups with him and Zach, always making us feel heard, and valued! Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff.

Best experience I could hope for. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, and thorough and demonstrates the highest level of caring professionalism. He discusses the needs and concerns of his patients with them and helps them find the best treatment options. Dr. Mlynarek is simply amazing.

The staff were efficient, caring, and respectful of my time. Dr. Mlynarek was thoughtful in explaining my options/things I should consider before surgery, and compassionate as to the pain I've had- since he had the same injury prior to becoming a surgeon.
