I was pleased with the visit with Dr McFadden, she listened to my concerns, identified her tentative diagnosis and with the physical exam could verify the issue.

After this visit, I believe it might be best to seek another Dr. I don't want to bother her , is how it felt. I was told the same thing as previous visits. My concern was pointed back to different areas completely. Making it seem as though I should know better; also re: a medicine question, I wasn't told side effects bc she pointed out anxiety being a reason to not discuss them. Stating I took it before and I should know. She seemed very annoyed with me. I could be wrong, that's just how I perceived it. I felt a little foolish when I exited the room. And actually cried after leaving. I'd like to know if there might be a better fit.

Dr. McFadden is a doctor that you feel very comfortable in explaining things that are important to you. She listens and speaks in a tone that helps you with your emotions. She's very professional.

I thought Dr. McFadden came up with a good plan for me and my recovery. I felt listened to by her and her nurse and that they really care. I didn’t feel belittled like I did at a different practice I recently went to.

I suspect that Dr. Kristin L. McFadden is the kind of primary care doctor everyone wishes they could have. She takes the time to listen and attends to concerns while asking relevant questions. Performing a quick basic exam is her standard to make sure there have been no major changes, which I find reassuring, but she always asks before doing so. Respect for her patients is very evident as is her concern and expertise in leading them to and helping them maintain their best possible health.
