She has been my primary care doctor for years, she is caring kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Todd takes her time and explains, things. You can tell she has her patient's best interest at heart.

Dr. Todd does not listen well. I made some very reasonable suggestions about things we could look at regarding my condition but she simply ignored them. She isn’t a good communicator, either in person or in portal messages. Nothing was resolved at my visit but there were no plans made for any sort of follow up and no suggestions made about what we might try if the action recommended didn’t work.

Dr. Todd makes sure that all my issues are always resolved. Even though Dr. Todd's practice has moved to Dexter several years ago, I still make the trip from Livonia to see her.
