Could not have asked for a better experience. Every question answered. Every concern taken seriously. Listened thoroughly and genuinely. I have legitimately never had a doctor this holistically excellent before.

Dr Todd and the rest of the crew always treat you with kindness and respect and your best interest in mind. It's the reason why I continue to come year after year first with Dr Lootens who retired and I was then transfered here with Dr Todd who I just love and feel comfortable with that she has my back with healthcare! I have since coming here moved to Atlanta MI. but I still continue to travel 4 hours to see her!

Again, my first experience with this provider. Overall, nothing negative but not a "warm fuzzy" feeling either.

She can get into some of the medical terminology pretty heavily at times - making it hard to follow. But, she is always will to explain things in a different, similar way, and never makes you feel like she is rushing. That is amazing, given that most places seem to promote efficiency.

She has been my primary care doctor for years, she is caring kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Todd takes her time and explains, things. You can tell she has her patient's best interest at heart.

Dr. Todd does not listen well. I made some very reasonable suggestions about things we could look at regarding my condition but she simply ignored them. She isn’t a good communicator, either in person or in portal messages. Nothing was resolved at my visit but there were no plans made for any sort of follow up and no suggestions made about what we might try if the action recommended didn’t work.
