Stannard needs to listen to the patient. She was in a big rush and acted like she didn't care. I came to this appt with complications and nothing was resolved. Now looks like I'll have to wait to get back in to see a different doctor. I was very upset that I was treated this way. I've never experienced this before.

Dr stannard is very thorough and professional. My only request would be to give opportunity for interactive conversation as she is explaining a new medication or approach for my condition. She answers questions I have very thoroughly but there’s a lot to absorb and understand from the patient’s side.
