It was on time, receptionist was efficient and friendly. The technician was helpful and efficient. She adjusted her speaking volume when I explained that the HVAC making my hearing aids ineffective.

The staff of this office saved my life. They gave me care that is above and beyond anything I have experienced from the medical industry. Finally I feel heard- and answers that I’ve been waiting for my entire life have been presented to me in a compassionate and knowledgeable way.

Lynnsilee and the staff at the Alma Continuing Care Clinic (ACCC) are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Lynnsilee is the best medical care provider I have seen in over 40 years. She listens carefully, is prepared in advance of our appointments with all my recent tests, and demonstrates sincere interest in helping me answer medical needs that have long plagued me. In fact, for the first time in my life I am getting answers and some relief from distressing chronic pain. My experience with Lynnsilee and the ACCC has been life-changing. I would recommend them without reservation and with complete confidence that they treat all patients with the same respect and care that I have received.

My visit was very good. The walk-in clinic is so valuable to myself and my husband, and I imagine to the community. A caring doctor. Super personable, professional, quick and effective. Top notch care!

Went to the walk in for a persistent cough. Received absolutely wonderful care and not a long weight. They made me feel better as a parent about taking my child in.

She was one of the most knowledgeable PA I have seen in the Walk in Clinic. She was wonderful to talk with about my medical condition and listened,had already went over records before ever coming in to see us. I wish she was a PA that took patients . She was awesome!

She went above and beyond and helped us set up a PCP for my son instead of rushing us out the door she listened and helped. I appreciate her kindness and have had nothing but nice people who really care at this facility good job to all the staff!!

I've seen two actual Doctors in the last year and she was the only one to actually make me feel like someone cared and the first one to actually fully examine my issue and my underlying issues!! Thank you!

Lindsey was awesome to work with at the continuing care clinic. She has a great personality, she is outgoing yet sweet and professional. My father in law and I both related well with her. I appreciate all the time she took to thoroughly review lab work, medications, and put in consults. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Physician was good. The HUGE problem is that the sample that was collected to be sent out was broken and there was not enough specimen to test. Mind you it’s not something that can be collected again.

Dr. McKellip is amazing! He was so kind and understanding when I brought my [age] year old daughter into urgent care for a sick visit. He made us chuckle a couple times too which we needed! Much appreciated!
