I felt she listened intently to me explain my symptoms. I believe she made the correct diagnosis of sinus infection. In a short time, I went from feeling absolutely miserable to feeling so good. It was miraculous. What a blessing! Thank you so very much to Danielle. 😃❤️😀

The wait time was minimal, we were in and out in 30 minutes. We were well cared for by all the staff we encountered. Thank you!

This was the fastest walk-in visit ever! Danielle was awesome. She thoroughly checked my daughter out, diagnosed her, and called in antibiotics and her inhaler fast. But even though it was quick, she did not compromise quality. She was kind, listened, and interacted positively with both my daughter and I. This is the best walk-in experience my family has ever had. I wish there was a rating higher than 10 for Danielle.

She listened attentively and fid not prescribe unnecessary meds…she advised me on exactly what i need to do.

She listened to my problem and was very thorough asking me my health questions and getting me on my way after an hour and half wait in the waiting room.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Wait times with sick kids is hard. Find a flow that works to move process along. MA shouldn’t speak to a situation if that aren’t sure it is factual. Was told toddlers cannot get strep. That is not accurate. Her beliefs of the child possibly have the flu was were pushed upon more than anything. When called for an update it almost sounds like a throat culture wasn’t even submitted even though the doctor rechecked to ensure one was collected. Will be rechecking for results

She was very personable, she was prepared she had already looked thru my tile before she came into the room. She answered all my questions, very likeable person. She listened carefully to me. I hope when I go back to walk-in clinic I get her again. I trust her

Just a long wait in waiting room
