Excellent Staffing, super care, excellent help with getting our prescriptions and follow up on X-ray same day within 1hour and 30 minutes. The staff is very thorough, helpful and genuinely caring.

Quickly seen, not much wait time. I would go to Clare Urgent Care again. This was my first experience there.

I probably won’t ever go there again. It seems that you’ve changed your policy so if anyone comes in after a person and you Think it’s more important then you bump the ones that were there first. I’ve had to wait up to 2&1/2 hours just to be seen

I was very impressed with the Urgent Care office. Everyone was very professional and cared about what I was telling them! I would definitely not hesitate to go back there again when I can’t get into my family doctor!!!

Urgent care visit: nurse was amazing, reception amazing, doctor was bad. Report afterwards on visit was not accurate and kind of misleading. Will never return

If you want competence and compassion in medical treatment go to Clare Michigan Urgent Care! It has both!!

The provider was awful. She did nothing to help me except order an xray. Then walked in my room and said well I don't know what's going on but I prescribed a steroid, ice and heat. That was nothing but a waste of time, energy and insurance money. She gave me nothing for pain and could have cared less. I will never come back if she is going to be the provider because she is useless
