What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
In the past few months, Paige has provided care for me, my husband, and my grand-daughter. These were all for a variety of issues. We are very happy with the care she provided, as well as the entire experience we had from all staff. We would not hesitate to seek care from Paige and the staff here when we need it. We are very grateful to have someone and a place we trust and have confidence in to provide health care for our family when we need it right away.

The provider did not prescribe what was cover by my insurance. When I called back to the clinic for help no one was willing to fix the problem. As a result I cannot get medication for my condition that I went to the clinic for.

That the office was kind, considerate, and efficient. I would recommend. I would also like to add and would commend Brittany, our nurse. My husband and I have been in contact with A LOT of medical staff in the last few weeks, and Brittany was superb! She talked to us like human beings and not like a commodity. She made eye contact, was empathetic, explained things in a clear, concise manner. You could tell she was a nurse because she loves the profession and doesn’t just see it as a nice yearly income. I hope as she works through the years, she keeps all of the traits that make her such a superb nurse and she doesn’t become jaded. As far as I am concerned she should be teaching bedside manner and interacting with patients. 10/10.

The staff at the urgent care was very friendly and helpful and was able to quickly see me, evaluate my situation and treat me, and i appreciate their sunday hours so I was able to avoid going to the emergency room

This provider needs to improve her acting skills. She pretended to care but it was not since at all. Extremely FAKE. She needs to use more empathy. If I go back, I definitely don’t want to see her.

I was a walk into the office for a Covid test. Wasn’t feeling good and the test came back positive. Knowing my history, she went over my options. Came up with a plan and I’m still trying to get better.

The best and fastest experience I have ever had in Urgent Care anywhere!!!! Very fast and knowledgeable and helped me with my medical issue. In and out in 20 minutes!! Fastest ever!!

Was able to get me fixed up (ear) and out the door very quickly. Seemed very knowledgeable about what the problem was and fixed it. Explained the process thoroughly and was able to go home.

One of the best urgent care facilities I have been to. Everyone was very friendly and listened to my concerns. Very fast service. Informed me of a new physician starting and I have made an appointment to see her since I don't have a primary physician currently.
