Nurse Sean was courteous, welcoming and informative. Great personality. Put me at ease The PA Paige was so good at assessing the situation and forming a plan of action. Super welcoming.

They wear definitely faster than expected, they confirmed my suspicions without making me feel worried about it, though that was likely due to the nature of the problem. Still very good overall.

I saw nurse Melissa and Paige. They were very kind and patient with me. The staff at the front desk was also very nice. My wait time was short. Overall it was a good experience.

I was seen in a very timely manner. Zack and Paige were very courteous and caring. Both asked good questions to get a sound treatment plan to improve my symptoms.

On line urgent care visit that worked better than going to an urgent care facility. We both had appropriate hardware and software that made this work.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
In the past few months, Paige has provided care for me, my husband, and my grand-daughter. These were all for a variety of issues. We are very happy with the care she provided, as well as the entire experience we had from all staff. We would not hesitate to seek care from Paige and the staff here when we need it. We are very grateful to have someone and a place we trust and have confidence in to provide health care for our family when we need it right away.

The provider did not prescribe what was cover by my insurance. When I called back to the clinic for help no one was willing to fix the problem. As a result I cannot get medication for my condition that I went to the clinic for.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That the office was kind, considerate, and efficient. I would recommend. I would also like to add and would commend Brittany, our nurse. My husband and I have been in contact with A LOT of medical staff in the last few weeks, and Brittany was superb! She talked to us like human beings and not like a commodity. She made eye contact, was empathetic, explained things in a clear, concise manner. You could tell she was a nurse because she loves the profession and doesn’t just see it as a nice yearly income. I hope as she works through the years, she keeps all of the traits that make her such a superb nurse and she doesn’t become jaded. As far as I am concerned she should be teaching bedside manner and interacting with patients. 10/10.
