Overall we had a great experience. However, the nurse who initially took us back to the room asked our 16 year old what medications she was on. The 16 year old answered some of them but left out others. When I began talking to add the missing ones, the nurse cut me off and said that the child needs to understand what meds she’s on and doesn’t need mom’s help. However, this nurse had no idea that this was a foster youth that was only placed with us the week before and was coming from a locked facility where she was handed meds and it wasn’t explained to her. I tried to explain that but the nurse rudely cut me off and never did get an accurate list of meds. It was very concerning.

Dr. Kenneth M. is the best doctor I've ever met in Saginaw Michigan. He explained medical condition of child and how to help to heal in a very understandable way. He is a very intelligent and knowledgeable person who you can trust. I'm so blessed to have the privilege to be treated by him.

Took father to urgent care, wait time was minimal. Information had to be put into computer which took the longest. Pleasant experience, liked Dr M a lot. Would return if needed.

Dr. MacKinnon is the best physician I’ve ever had care from. At one time he was my PCP, now I always consider myself lucky if he’s available at Urgent Care when I need it.

The doctors and PAs there are always kind and professional. The whole staff treats patients with respect. I always get good care when I go there, and they always follow up with me the next day to see how I’m doing.
