Dr. Kenneth M. is the best doctor I've ever met in Saginaw Michigan. He explained medical condition of child and how to help to heal in a very understandable way. He is a very intelligent and knowledgeable person who you can trust. I'm so blessed to have the privilege to be treated by him.

Took father to urgent care, wait time was minimal. Information had to be put into computer which took the longest. Pleasant experience, liked Dr M a lot. Would return if needed.

Dr. MacKinnon is the best physician I’ve ever had care from. At one time he was my PCP, now I always consider myself lucky if he’s available at Urgent Care when I need it.

The doctors and PAs there are always kind and professional. The whole staff treats patients with respect. I always get good care when I go there, and they always follow up with me the next day to see how I’m doing.

Dr. MacKinnon is always very kind, calm and informative! He never makes me feel as though I am malingering! (However, on this last visit, he was certain that I had a UTI - but the culture proved otherwise! :(

The few times a year when urgent care is needed, I’m always glad to see Dr M there - always friendly, listens & I never feel rushed.

Dr MacKinnon is rare- he is a modern day “Marcus Welby”… please look that up. He has always provided the best care. More doctors need to watch and learn from Dr MacKinnon’s example.

Dr. MacKinnon was great! He listened to my concerns and was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my throat, neck, and face. He took my concerns with how I was treated at the Midland location seriously, and he got me going on the correct medication right away. I would highly recommend him!

Dr MacKinnon is one of the very best doctors “still” practicing. He is not only highly experienced but discerns and anticipates potential patient needs related to the visit and the best care possible and provides details out of those fine attributes. His standards are high and anyone who sees him will benefit greatly. Our healthcare system needs to clone this doctor.

It was a great experience! Dr. McKinnon was very thorough and explained things very well. He seemed very knowledgeable. The staff was very friendly. However, the younger receptionist was not so friendly.. I did not have to wait hardly at all, which was a relief. I was in and out., however, I did not have any testing done. The lobby was not very full when I came in. I would highly recommend this facility to them.
