I went to Urgent Care with an ear infection. I called prior to going in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got in within a few minutes. My ear infection was confirmed. I had my prescriptions sent to Walgreens. I started feeling better the next day.

I'm so thankful that she was able to know what was going in with my son and treat him accordingly, if we would have taken him somewhere else I don't know that they what have treated him the same way. So thankful for her!

I was very ill after having traveled home from [Country]. Urgent care was my only outlet for help. She ran a chest ray and ruled out pneumonia which I appreciated. Then ordered cough med, antibiotic, and prednisone to deal with asthma and infection. 5 days now and I’m beginning to feel better

Hannah was excellent with me made me feel very comfortable and explained to me so I understood what was going on. I would not hesitate to visit her again.

It was a terrific experience I went into urgent care for a specific problem was treated very nicely, felt very comfortable with everyone involved. My problem was solved and I was on my way home. Hannah explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable as her staff did also.

I don’t think she took the time to understand my Problems and just guessed what was wrong. Prescribed me medication that wasn’t even going to help what i had going on.

That she walked in introduced herself, felt around the knee and leg below the knee. asked nurse in room to take x-rays of knee . Got results quick, a lot of Arthritis in my knee, to really see anything will need to have MRI

Urgent care in Clare was quick and efficient. The Dr. treated my Poison Oak the same way my regular dr. would. It was very nice to stick with what has worked in the past.

Hannah was a sweetheart. She worked so well with my child. She was professional, patient, and understood his needs. The medical assistant/nurse [removed staff member's name] who came to evaluate him however, was completely opposite. As an establishment that preaches excellence, integrity, accountability and teamwork, I would say that was the poorest of representation and I’m extremely dissatisfied with that level of care. I am not asking for perfection or above and beyond treatment but treat me AND THE PATIENT with respect and dignity. I am SO aware of the difficulties my son presents, screaming, crying, and refusing his temperature taken, however having a health care PROFESSIONAL lack even the most basic compassion, empathy and understanding is very dis-heartening, discouraging, and so disappointing. Walking out of the room on us, with her words being “I’m done, I’m not doing this” is highly unprofessional.

They put me at ease, took excellent care of me. They, also, helped me on the phone with follow-up concerning medication. Very nice caring staff.
