She did the best job I have ever experienced in explaining my condition and what would help me. Very impressed with her. Just a long wait to get treatment. Openings in schedule is many weeks away.

Same as I told Hannah, I really don’t understand the importance of studying sleep. I only attended this visit in order to document my need for weight loss medication, which in turn will help my doctor get them ordered with insurance paying for them. I told Hannah that was exactly the only reason I was there that day.

Very positive experience. I was treated with respect and listened to. Everything was explained to me so I understood the testing I'm going to have as well as how the narcolepsy affects me and how the medicine will help better my life. Really nice people. I will recommend to others.

Doctor was great. Lack of available equipment makes it a challenge for her to get testing done efficiently and is a challenge having to schedule appointments and tests so far out.

Very polite and informative. Explained things in a way I could understand. Asked questions and listened closely to my answers. Hannah was able to give explanations regarding my condition. The person who called and got me checked in for my virtual appointment was wonderful. This was my first virtual and she helped me get ready for it.

Hannah was very kind and respectful. I liked her immediately. What I don’t like is how long it takes for the sleep process and to get answers. My sleep test is 3 months away and the consultation after that is another 3 months after the test.
