She is great. Addressed issues I was having with equipment. I believe the issues are taking care of. I passed all of the required milestones in a short time. I feel that is because of her and her staff.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would say ot takes a very long time to get the care you need. I was referred for a sleep test back in [MONTH, YEAR] by my provider. I didnt actually get the home study test until [MONTH]. Then they just reached out to me in [MONTH]for the results which is what we knew that I need a CPAP cause I am not sleeping well. I still don't have a CPAP as it is being ordered. I am sure a few more appointments and I will probably get one. But the whole thing has been frustrating. Sleep is very important but I believe my michigan puts it on the backburner because then other health issues occur. I am almost going on a full year of not being able to have good sleep. My Michigan has been very aware of this for over9 months. I have had one ED visit. In that 9 months. I would not recommend them for sleep issues. I use them because I have to as they are in network for me but if I had a choice I definitely would go elsewhere. Hope this negative feedback doesn't interfere or make it take even longer.

She listens, and understands she is human and can’t fix everything. She wants the best for her patients. She is open and honest.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Only have been there once to go over the results of my sleep test. They listen, gave me options, and were supportive in my decisions. She was honest with me and gave me a time frame, that my insurance company enforced, to see it the TRD worked. I am not keen to use a C-PAP. She honestly stated that there was not enough medical testing done for TRDs for her to go off. Honestly in formed me that I may need further testing if the TRD and C-PAP does not give me relief. Overall, this has been on of my best experiences with a practitioner, thank you. Straight forward, knowledgeable, and listens, not pushy and does not ridicule you for decisions that are outside of the normal prescribed methods for treatment. I would highly recommend her.

Spent a good amount of time with us and provided clear answers we had. Also provided a variety of CPAP masks to try. Excellent first visit with Hannah.

Prior to Dr. Horan’s sleep clinic, I had gone to a sleep clinic with poor results. Dr. Horan’s sleep clinic was the best I could have wanted. I do recommend the Gladwin sleep clinic to anyone who needs sleep help.

Henna was very pleasant listened to my concerns, made adjustments on my CPAP and I have been using it more in the last 3 weeks than I have in the last 3 years due to those changes from listening to me. Appreciate her very much

She was so personable and so kind. She explained everything really well. My child was very overly tired at the appointment and was not acting as he should and she did nothing but give me reassurance and kindness. Would recommend her to anyone needing her expertise.

The first appointment I have for the sleep study got canceled because they didn't have enough workers ,but after that the following weekend I had my sleep study and everything went fine.

She did the best job I have ever experienced in explaining my condition and what would help me. Very impressed with her. Just a long wait to get treatment. Openings in schedule is many weeks away.

Same as I told Hannah, I really don’t understand the importance of studying sleep. I only attended this visit in order to document my need for weight loss medication, which in turn will help my doctor get them ordered with insurance paying for them. I told Hannah that was exactly the only reason I was there that day.
