Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Doctor Martin is great! At [AGE] years old I have seen a few doctors in my time and I feel like I am heard by doctor Martin that is something I have not felt in a very long time. I do not feel rushed I feel like she wants to get to the bottom of your problems as much as you do. Keep up the great work Dr. Martin it is much appreciated!

When ever I call for information about myself the Receptionist for my doctor is outstanding. The front desk is also outstanding. Haven't gotten to know my doctor.

Yes. When I was checking in. She said it might have taken a few to get in, but you are here now and we will take care of you.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
As a new patient I felt Hannah listen to me about my medical history along with my family history. She ordered all the correct lab work that I needed done. Hannah also check my medical records from another doctor. I felt very comfortable talking with her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Open up more times for new patients. I did wait a few months before I could get in. The Roscommon office which is much closer for me could not get me in for 7 months. We recently moved to the area.

Hannah took the time to research my health history and make good recommendations. She listened to what I had to say and made sure my questions were answered. She is very good.
