She stayed after hours to help me actually the entire staff did. I was very thankful they took the time to explain to me everything that was wrong, I had a great experience with her and her team.

I have seen Rachel at the walk in on a couple of occasions now. She always makes me feel heard and listened to. I feel she displays a great deal of compassion and empathy while also taking you into account on what to do with your health. Excellent provider.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt the nurse, Courtney, was slightly unprofessional. I had arrived prior to the clinic opening. I waited on the bench outside until 8:59, when I saw her turning the lights on and such, so I attempted to go in. I was told I needed to wait outside on the bench because they weren’t open yet. Then 30 seconds later she came out and told us we could come in now. I get it, but the way it was said and lack of communicating her reasoning was poor.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Went to Meijer walk in. Was taken care of in a timely manner. Prescriptions were sent in immediately.

Rachel is very approachable and interacts well with children. She was supportive and proactive. I always enjoy when she is the treating clinician. The support staff were also very down to earth and accommodating

Better treatment options. Still have an infection because all I was prescribed was a cough suppressant.

I read the report of what I said was wrong. It is incorrect. I was also told Rachel A Cron would recommend an ultrasound to my Doctor. I still have not heard back from anyone. They did not listen or take notes carefully! I felt rushed. Given no advice.

Listen and take notes properly. Even my meditation list is incorrect. Take people seriously!

My first time visiting the walk in at Rachel A Cron PA office. I was there for one hour and it was a positive experience.High praise to Cron PA and her staff.
