Hailey is one of the best providers that I know and have experience with. I was seen at the My Michigan Clinic. Her staff was excellent, friendly, and always presented a smiling face. I would give an A+ to Hailey and my visit. Thank you

I would recommend seeing Hailey as she was efficient, proficient and thorough. I left the clinic feeling well cared for and confident of a desirable result relative to the prescriptions she prescribed.

Nurse was great. HAYLEY was amazing. The Receptionist though was your typical oblivious to their own rules and did not show much care, especially being what most would consider the face/first person you interact with. She was not paying attention to her job or the ticket line. Had no emotion, or politeness in her tone or actions. She was there to collect a paycheck and that's is no patients fault. Other that seeing that, u fortunately it is very typical of walk in clinics it still can be corrected. Your the first impression. It was clear as well from the questions she was asking that she had no previous health background and if she did it was in no way prevelant. The nurse was understanding and even more so the doctor. Hayley will go on to do good things I would guess. She was great.

Hailey was great. She was attentive, caring and showed concern for my health. I was very impressed by her. I’m not an easy man to please or listen to a doctor and she was, awesome. Professional, kind and yet still knowledgeable and well spoken. Thank you for making it easy!

I felt that Hailey listened to my symptoms/concerns/needs and was able to provide me medical care that I felt comfortable with applying. Hailey was very professional/understanding/. She communicated clearly and precisely. It was nice dealing with a professional who was willing to listen and ask questions before making any assessments. I feel like she is very trustworthy and beyond competent.

I just went in for a tetanus shot after stepping on a nail. I waited 1.5 hours in waiting room with 3 others before me. I witnessed 2 people turned away at 5:16 & 5:25 when the clinic was open til 6. prior to me being called to the back 1 person that was not waiting to be called back and 1 of the 3 are all that left in the 1.5 hours I was there Extremely slow service.

I brought my [age] year old daughter to see Hailey at the walk in clinic. It was a very busy day and she was the only provider on staff that day (a Sunday) but Hailey was kind, thorough and patient. She provided excellent care to my daughter. Trina, the MA or LON who was working with her that day was also wonderful.

The provider was great and went above and beyond to order a blood test. She mentioned that often the walk in clinic couldn’t do it but did so as I had symptoms and health concerns. The receptionist was not very friendly and right away said they don’t do blood work. I said I wanted to talk to the provider and she said she had to put something in the computer and acted frustrated and almost handed me paper to write down my reason. I also work in healthcare and did not feel valued. The nurse or LPN was great. Also Sault tribe just was getting back on its feet and only had their lab up the day before due to be down for over 4 weeks because of a data security incident. Some understanding and care and concern should be exercised in collaboration with local facilities.
