Hailey provided our childrens’ athletic physicals as walk-in patients. She was great - if she was a PCP, we would be asking to be her patients. She was sharp, friendly, and had clearly read their charts and asked about each injury / surgery they had in the past year. We appreciate her availability and professionalism!

She was very caring and thorough. She confirmed that I probably had Shingles even though I was vaccinated. She prescribed Valacyclovir to treat the red splotch on my face that wasn't healing. She explained that if Shingles spread to my eye that I should immediately go to the ER. Thankfully the red spot on my face is healing. I'm very grateful to Hailey Cockerill for her excellent care.

I saw the provider at the urgent care facility. I got right in as a walk-in and saw the Dr and was given a Rx for my issue. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her to others. I appreciate the availability of an urgent care clinic as I am from out of town.

Hailey was an exceptional provider. We were from out of town —and coincidentally from the [ ]—and I needed medical attention for an unusual injury occurring at a dentist appointment a few days prior. Hailey listened well (really well!), developed a quick understanding of the situation, and prescribed helpful meds that left me feeling better and enjoying our trip. I’m so grateful for her kindness, competence, and efficiency!

This appointment was at the walk-in clinic, however she listened to me and helped me pretty quickly. She didn't look at me like I was only seeking drugs due to my background, when I'm reality I just wanted an antibiotic. Many doctors from this town when you tell them you have had a past with substance abuse they don't hear much more from you past that, but I believe that she actually listened to me and here I am 3 days later in alot less pain then I was the day I went in. Thank you.
