This walk in clinic is a great facility. It’s great having this option when you can’t wait to see your doctor. Much better than having to go to the Emergency Room.

Hailey was great, knew exactly what to do, sent my Rx in and when I pulled into my drive, the pharmacy sent a text that it was ready. I would definitely recommend her. The receptionist was not very friendly, told me to take a number even tho I was the only one there. The LPN was great, very professional.

She sent us home with no information about the rest of the house getting sick. We all have pink eye and a severally bad cold. She said he was ready to go back to school when in fact he is still very sick!

Hailey provided excellent care and follow up when I experienced an adverse reaction to a medication. She personally called me and spoke to me about my care and made me feel valued as a patient.

Haley is the only provider I have ever had going into the clinic, that when I mentioned that my child usually always needs 2 rounds of antibiotics that I could just message her on the portal, and we should prescribe her something else. She explained what symptoms to look for that would show we need another round. No other providers have done that. That makes things so much easier, than trying to get in to be seen, or wait an obnoxious amount of time to just be seen for what we know is already wrong.

Did not spend the necessary time to properly evaluate and address my health issue. Ever since my appointment my symptoms have progressively got worse so I will have to seek further medical advice in an attempt to feel better.

Hailey was very kind and understanding, she didn't rush or make me feel dumb for coming in for an issue that wasn't as bad as I had originally thought. Her MA was also super kind and personable, they're great assets to the community.
