What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was seen quickly. Interviewed thoroughly, and listened to intently. The doctor included me in the treatment plan! I am feeling great! My eye is still a little itchy but better everyday. Thank you!

I would tell people that there is urgent care available at your location. Most people are unaware of your office and the ability to get care here in Harrison vs having to drive to another town. I would also tell people about the friendly staff in your office. Every one has always been very friendly, professional, and welcoming!

I had a great experience with Catherine who is not my regular provider. However, the nurse who took me back to room and check my vitals was rather rude. She seemed put out by me asking if I could speak to the dr about a question I had regarding my diagnosis. [Removed identifying details to protect patient privacy.] This was the only negative experience I have had at this facility.

Dr Balandra was excellent, listened to me well, took her time with me and prescribed what I needed plus x-rays. Very nice and attentive and confident. Thank you so much !

When you need urgent care if you happen to see Catherine she's very good and a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable giving good advice.

Catherine listened very well when I said I didn't want any shots, just something to get better. I was provided the meds I needed and appreciate her understanding me completely. I'm on the mend and fell 80 % better now.

I was a walk in and they completed paperwork and got me in to see the doctor quite quickly, I was pleased with my experience

She made me fell better about what I thought I might be having an issue with. And she took the time to look and make sure I didn’t have the problem I was suspicious of having and she gave me some tips on what to do about it.

So far Urgent Care has been really good to me. 1st time i didn’t have an appt. 2 nd time i did have appt and they took me in right away. I think that she is a wonderful caring Dr. and person, She asks you what’s going on, then she asks some wuestions as well. Gave me a few scripts, talked about getting a regular Dr. Made an appt with one. Does she have her own practice? I for sure would like to be a patient of hers.

She made my concerns feel valid even though I was being over dramatic about my leg cramp and ordered the proper testing I requested and followed up on the results and how I was feeling.

Everyone was very friendly. Catherine Balanda was very thorough. I didn't feel like I was just rushed in and out. I will definitely use this facility when I need medical care while in Harrison. Thank you.

It took a week for the office to return my call from dr walderzak office then so far it will be a week tomorrow and I still haven’t heard from them about the results of an X-ray I had
