Catherine was very thorough, she looked through the chart to see present and past history. Took some tests to rule out/confirm some illnesses and prescribed the proper treatment. She was very nice and we did not feel rushed. She answered any questions we had.

It was quick & easy to use the Harrison Campus walk in clinic. The staff was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable to my illness. Catherine does an excellent job!

Catherine is such a nice lady. Of course patients want to see their own PCP but it’s not always possible. Catherine makes me feel comfortable and I appreciate she listens to my concerns and acknowledges them. I always feel comfortable taking my child to see her as well when needed as it is so convenient not having to travel outside of Harrison for urgent care (unless of course it’s the weekend).

I was seen quickly. Interviewed thoroughly, and listened to intently. The doctor included me in the treatment plan! I am feeling great! My eye is still a little itchy but better everyday. Thank you!

I was surprised to see in the notes that she put in, there were things on there that she had not looked at, but still had remarks in there like she had Checked it out. She did not look at my Achilles tendon area so I didn’t understand why she put notes in the system that she did.

I would tell people that there is urgent care available at your location. Most people are unaware of your office and the ability to get care here in Harrison vs having to drive to another town. I would also tell people about the friendly staff in your office. Every one has always been very friendly, professional, and welcoming!

I had a great experience with Catherine who is not my regular provider. However, the nurse who took me back to room and check my vitals was rather rude. She seemed put out by me asking if I could speak to the dr about a question I had regarding my diagnosis. [Removed identifying details to protect patient privacy.] This was the only negative experience I have had at this facility.
