Front desk staff seems a bit testy when you come in. I understand they’re busy but so is the back office staff.

I feel like the provider listened to all my concerns and was so kind and helpful, also I am new here and looking for a dr and he recommended I talk to the front desk about getting in with a provider. Very happy with my visit every time I am here!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Made my [age] feel included in the questions about how she was feeling. They even offered her a sticker for being brave while getting seabed for strep.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. Staff was amazing. We got right back to a room and they started right away
