Our nurse was so nice and compassionate to my daughter. She was anxious for the nose swab and our nurse did the best job. It was the first time she didn’t cry. Much appreciated

I told the nurse that my weight was likely incorrect, and instead of doubting me he immediately went and weighed me on another scale, and found that the original scale was broken.
