I was impressed about how he cared. He knew my pharmacy was closed and knew I was in pain, and so he gave me a shot there.

I was angry because Landon didn’t really listen when I told him about my ear pain and how painful it was. He preceded to shove the thing in my ear. I told him it was the canal that hurt severely and to look with just the light! He did do that after and saw it was red and swollen! He didn’t seem to know what swimmers ear was! He did prescribe the correct meds but somehow it got sent to family fare before Walgreens and so Walgreens couldn’t give it to me because Family fare already processed it! Therefore I didn’t get the medication until after 2 pm the next day!

The entire experience was first rate. The check in was expedient and courteous. Landon was professional and friendly. Stitches nicely done. The RN ( Zach ) was personable and professional.

Landon and Zach were amazing while I was not feeling well. I absolutely enjoyed my visit with them while they made me feel important to their day.

Urgent care in gladwin are excellent providers. I'm a high functioning autistic adult and have gotten excellent care at thier facility.

My granddaughter had to go to Urgent Care for a physical for sports. The visit was quick with no wait. My only problem wasn't with the Dr it was with the increase in the payment for physicals now because insurance, I guess, doesn't cover them. The care was excellent though.

Landon Smith listens to his patients first - that, to me, is one of the most important things a health care provider can do. He diagnosed my problem and succinctly explained the treatment he was recommending. He is extremely effective!
