The nurse that did my initial check in was very kind and compassionate.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The girl at the check in was not welcoming. She was professional and did her job but as the first face you see when coming in for help, it wasn’t a welcoming experience. Felt like she could careless and was just doing her job.

The provider, that was working by herself, was great. Very nice and pleasant and explained everything that was going to happen. Too bad we don’t have more riders around here like the one that treated me. Nursing staff and front desk were very nice and welcoming and had smiles on their faces. I will definitely come back to this location.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Have another provider to help the already amazing one that was here when I came.

This was my first and only online visit and it was exactly what I would have hoped for in a virtual visit. Very professional and quick response and thoughtful care.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Meijers urgent care should be in every store. Was very clean and professional and able to diagnose me and prescribed medication as needed which I also received from their pharmacy. All staff was kind and courteous.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
A little slow to start in the beginning, but once registered, staff was very efficient to get me in as soon as they could which was less than 10 minutes. They took my suspected symptoms down in the computer and confirmed them for me as strep throat. Medications were immediately sent down to the Meijer pharmacy and I was home with everything within 2 hours from start to finish.

Hands down thw fastest and most efficient, caring visit i have had since i moved here 5 years ago.
