It is nice to have a walk in clinic in my area that has hours I can count on. She takes her time and always asks you to contact your primary care provider so that they will know about this walk in clinic.

Cheryl is professional.. friendly & knowledgeable.. she discussed & expressed my concerns that I had finding a provider to manage my hypertension.. she help me & suggested a hypertensive specialist at u of m. She always took are of my sinus infection/ URI timely & helpful! Very thorough & effect with my care.

The receptionist was rude and typically is when we go in. My daughter went back to get a doctor's note for work and she made her set up a whole new appointment. She is snappy and not friendly to walk into. Noone wants to have a sick child last thing anyone need is more attitude from the front desk

Good experience. Regular Dr office referred me as I could not get in as soon as I desired re upcoming out of state travel. They explained my records would all be there for the walk in physician. I'm happy I went there

Don’t go to the Walk-In clinic if you require any type of tests as you will be sent across the street to the hospital. Should have just gone there ! No follow up calls/ treatment after foot X-rays- never going there again!!!!!!

Cheryl and her staff are amazing. They make going to the walk in clinic a breeze! They were all welcoming and friendly. They made me and my son feel at ease visiting the clinic. Cheryl provided great care to my son and took the time to explain all of the questions I had. I 100% recommend!

This was our first time visiting this clinic. Everyone was great, Tami was very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable when she wasn’t feeling well. Cheryl was very knowledgeable and provided great care time in need! Great bedside manner for both the nurse and the nurse practitioner!

I waited 2 hours to get in to see her. But once in she was perfect 👍

We are on vacation and visited the urgent care. Cheryl listened to our concerns, she showed compassion and care for what my son was going thru. She didn't hesitate to reach out to another provider when unsure what was happening to him. We were given medication as well as lab work. 4 days later he has shown significant improvement!! Best urgent care visit I've ever had.
