It is great for me to have someone to take care of my medical needs on a walk-in basis when my regular medical provider is not available. This is my second visit this year and I've been very pleased with the care I've received.

I was personally treated as if I was a parent with frequent flyer miles in the clinic for my child. I felt that she talked down to me as a parent, but she was fine with my child despite him getting antsy in the clinic.

Would highly recommend. Very precise on examining and going over everything! My parents actually both went to the walk in clinic and were seen by Cheryl and spoke very highly of her and the care they received!!

Check in was very good. Receptionist pulled my digital file quickly; made corrections to my current insurance and PCP quickly. Very short wait time to see the preliminary nurse to record initial vitals and information on my medical needs. After vitals; very short wait time in between nurse and PA-C.

I had a walk in appointment and had never used the clinic before. They were not busy at that time so I was immediately taken care of. I was recommended by the audiologist as I could not keep my hearing test appointment because of wax in my ear. I know this doesn’t sound like an emergency but I needed new hearing aids as I am extremely hard of hearing. Waiting to get into my regular doctor often takes more than a week. The staff was kind, efficient and caring. They accommodated my physical limitations explained everything they were doing and answered my questions. I was thankful and now am hearing better than I have in a long time. When I left they were getting busy so luck was on my side. I would recommend the clinic without reservations. Thank you for a wonderful service to our community.
