I had a walk in appointment and had never used the clinic before. They were not busy at that time so I was immediately taken care of. I was recommended by the audiologist as I could not keep my hearing test appointment because of wax in my ear. I know this doesn’t sound like an emergency but I needed new hearing aids as I am extremely hard of hearing. Waiting to get into my regular doctor often takes more than a week. The staff was kind, efficient and caring. They accommodated my physical limitations explained everything they were doing and answered my questions. I was thankful and now am hearing better than I have in a long time. When I left they were getting busy so luck was on my side. I would recommend the clinic without reservations. Thank you for a wonderful service to our community.

It’s a nice walk-in clinic. I think they try to just get you through until you can see your regular doctor, which is great.

She was good, but seemed rushed, even though the office wasn’t full at this time. She barely looked in my mouth and ears and I did kind of feel like a number,. She was however very nice, just not thorough in her exam of me.

From the knowledgeable receptionist to the prep nurse, to Cheryl, I was listened to, respected and felt great about my visit when I left. What a relief that was when I was scared and didn’t even know what to expect.

All the staff members were very polite and helpful. I felt like I was going to pass out/faint multiple times and the team was right there with me. I have never been so sick before, however had a positive experience with Tawas location.

The staff at this office is top tier. From the receptionist, to the nursing staff (especially Mrs. Tami [ ]) all the way up Cheryl Layton. The staff is respectful, caring and kind which is a rare find these days. 10/10 would recommend!

This clinic has been incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful every time I've had to go. I've never had to wait very long, I feel welcome and cared for, and I think they're doing an amazing job.
