Cheryl Layton and the staff at the Urgent Care Clinic in Tawas were courteous, professional and knowledgable. They promply and completely took care of health concern which was 2 plugged ears.

This was my first time at the walk-in clinic and everything went very smoothly. The nurse was awesomely friendly and the nurse practitioner knew what she was doing. It was a very good experience. The receptionist wasn't as friendly as she could have been but it was a Monday morning. What could I expect?!

I went in for an urgent care visit. The staff listened to my symptoms. I was diagnosed and the correct medications were sent to my pharmacy

I was a walk in patient. I was greeted and my insurance information updated. I sat for maybe 10 minutes. The nurse took my health info and was friendly and respectful. They needed a urine sample. That went easy. The Nurse practitioner reviewed my history. She was very nice and recommended a treatment for me that has worked great. I was pleased and in the end I am feeling better and my infection has gone away.

I was not able to get an appointment with the Oscoda Health Park due to my primary Dr being on vacation and the secondary Dr on medical leave. A friend recommended this office to me and was pleasantly surprised by it not being busy and able to take me in after a few minutes. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and professional. I had a bad cough and had concerns about a recent lung/nodule issue. The Dr explained some of my concerns. She prescribed a antibiotic and not a steroid due to a possibility of weaking my immune system. I was impressed and very comfortable. This office is a "hidden gem". Keep up the good work!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Am happy with my experience with the staff and Nurse Practitioner. I appreciate the extended hours, makes it easier to get care around my work schedule. Everyone was kind and courteous, listened to me and answered all of my questions.

This was my first time in the walk clinic, could not get into my regular doctor 5 to 6 days and need to be on meds for bad respiratory infection . I am so very thankful she. Was there. For me ,and happy with the location 😊

They could feel comfortable going to see her should an issue arrive as far as her knowledge in urgent care. I was glad she was available and would see her again if needed.
