This was a walk in visit. Pleased with staff, no wait time Cheryl diagnosed and prescribed meds. Was feeling much better in 48 hours.

I am so glad you asked- I have been to walk in clinic 3 times in past 2 years. I am from out of state. I have had appropriate care and concern each time. This last visit with Cheryl was wonderful. She looked at my medications and health hx, Knew what symptoms I was having and prescribed. I feel so mich better- I am very appreciative of this walk in clinic and staff.

They got me in quickly but went no further than to say what I thought was wrong wasn’t. No diagnois for my symptoms other than it wasn’t a bladder infection

It is nice to have a walk in clinic in my area that has hours I can count on. She takes her time and always asks you to contact your primary care provider so that they will know about this walk in clinic.

Cheryl is professional.. friendly & knowledgeable.. she discussed & expressed my concerns that I had finding a provider to manage my hypertension.. she help me & suggested a hypertensive specialist at u of m. She always took are of my sinus infection/ URI timely & helpful! Very thorough & effect with my care.

The receptionist was rude and typically is when we go in. My daughter went back to get a doctor's note for work and she made her set up a whole new appointment. She is snappy and not friendly to walk into. Noone wants to have a sick child last thing anyone need is more attitude from the front desk
