Check in was very good. Receptionist pulled my digital file quickly; made corrections to my current insurance and PCP quickly. Very short wait time to see the preliminary nurse to record initial vitals and information on my medical needs. After vitals; very short wait time in between nurse and PA-C.

I had a walk in appointment and had never used the clinic before. They were not busy at that time so I was immediately taken care of. I was recommended by the audiologist as I could not keep my hearing test appointment because of wax in my ear. I know this doesn’t sound like an emergency but I needed new hearing aids as I am extremely hard of hearing. Waiting to get into my regular doctor often takes more than a week. The staff was kind, efficient and caring. They accommodated my physical limitations explained everything they were doing and answered my questions. I was thankful and now am hearing better than I have in a long time. When I left they were getting busy so luck was on my side. I would recommend the clinic without reservations. Thank you for a wonderful service to our community.

She was good, but seemed rushed, even though the office wasn’t full at this time. She barely looked in my mouth and ears and I did kind of feel like a number,. She was however very nice, just not thorough in her exam of me.
