Lisa listened to my explanation of the symptoms. She asked appropriate questions to gather some background. And made an accurate diagnosis. Her office then ordered a prescription at my local pharmacy. The order went through and I'm feeling relief already.

Received excellent service, attention, & the proper meds. This was for a bee sting at Mid MI Med Express in Freeland. The Dr. Was professional & solved my problem.

We (my husband & I) came to the Freeland Walk-In Clinic cause of illness. We got to see Lisa Richards and she was very helpful & friendly. She answered all our questions and helpful with suggestions on anything we wanted to know. A good addition to MyMichigan Health.

Everyone is super friendly from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Even with not having a scheduled appointment, the wait time is never very long. The care my children have received from the provider is always exceptional!

She has always been great with my kids when we have had to bring them to urgent care. She made my son, [Age], smile when he hadn’t smiled in days. We are thankful for the attentiveness and the way she interacted with him. Thank you for the great care!

She was timely and friendly and very approachable. She offered me a treatment plan I didn’t expect and it seems to have worked. I felt very comfortable with her and confident I was well taken care of.

Doctor was a little snotty when she saw that the treble hook in my finger had been cut. The hook was cut as the fish couldn't be removed from the other treble hook on the lure without causing further damage.
