Some sort of table or toys for kids in the waiting room and or rooms in general as sometimes there is longer wait times and or wait in the room

My nurses and doctors were lovely and efficient! I had a wonderful experience here and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with the staff.

Lisa was fine, the people at the urgent care were careless and caused a lot of strife in my day through messing up procedures that required me to take additional time out of my work day as well as take multiple tests. I was extremely upset at the way it was handled.

Lisa listened to my explanation of the symptoms. She asked appropriate questions to gather some background. And made an accurate diagnosis. Her office then ordered a prescription at my local pharmacy. The order went through and I'm feeling relief already.

Received excellent service, attention, & the proper meds. This was for a bee sting at Mid MI Med Express in Freeland. The Dr. Was professional & solved my problem.

We (my husband & I) came to the Freeland Walk-In Clinic cause of illness. We got to see Lisa Richards and she was very helpful & friendly. She answered all our questions and helpful with suggestions on anything we wanted to know. A good addition to MyMichigan Health.

Lisa was extremely patient with my daughter who was very nervous. She was professional and nurturing and I really appreciated her bedside manner, it was very clear she takes pride in her work. Thank you gentle Lisa!

Everyone is super friendly from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Even with not having a scheduled appointment, the wait time is never very long. The care my children have received from the provider is always exceptional!

She has always been great with my kids when we have had to bring them to urgent care. She made my son, [Age], smile when he hadn’t smiled in days. We are thankful for the attentiveness and the way she interacted with him. Thank you for the great care!
