Our nurse Melissa was wonderful and brought a sweet small gift for the kids for [DATE]. It made the visit even more pleasant for them. The PA was super friendly and efficient. Thank you for a stress free visit.

I was greeted, checked in and in a room all within 15 minutes! Once in the room, my MA was there and then the PA followed right behind her. Very fast trip, very well cared for.

Just the overall kindness and willingness to hear me out despite not seeing an irritated ear drum for my questioning of an ear infection. They did not dismiss me, and continued to try and solve my problem. All in all, amazing bedside manner.

I came in for an issue that was not really in their wheel house and they went above and beyond tapping other on-site resources to thoroughly address my issues. They even connected me to a social worker to help guide me to the information and resources I needed to address my issues. I spoke to a social worker in midland (Leah) and an ER nurse (Katrina) without leaving the office. All of this tied to my chart made for a pleasant and easy situation. I likely would not have done all the running around myself so the idea that they went out of their way to meet my needs was amazing
