The amount of genuine care and understanding received during my visit was incredible. Thank you for all that you do! My nurse Kelly was amazing and my PA was amazing too!

Julie and Kelly were great with listening to my concerns, and also providing an ear wash that I have never heard of before today. The doctor is great too not sure her name at the moment but super listening and provided great info on what is going on.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Just need a way to get meds from here instead of an outside pharmacy :) always a pleasure here and the wait times are not that bad for being an urgent care.

I was seen very quickly at every level, I was slightly concerned about the wait I may have coming around lunch time but that was not an issue whatsoever. The staff were all very lighthearted and had genuine concern for me.
