Even though the office was busy we didn't have to wait a terrible long time. She was very thorough and very pleasant and respectful of my grandson who has down syndrome.

The staff is so friendly. The provider listened to us and made us feel seen and heard. Sat there with us to make sure we understood things and asked if we had questions. We didn’t feel rushed off like most places make you feel

It was fast, in and out. Parking was an issue as there was work being done on site, but the office itself was very efficient in getting us taken care of quickly, and the staff was very respectful.

I went in because my child had swollen tonsils. Katrina looked and agreed that my child needed medicine for her tonsils. It was an urgent care visit.
