What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Colin and his staff were extremely kind and professional. I personally haven't experienced such amazing care in such a short amount of time from an office. The attentiveness I have received has been comforting to say the least. I walked in feeling scared and left feeling optimistic. I truly feel that I am being take care of. I feel undoubtedly lucky.

Such a wonderful facility! I felt seen and heard when I saw Colin McGraw. Colin is a very caring professional & obviously cares about his patients. I was very impressed with this Continuing Care office!

I was only there once, but I got more done, and the provider was more respectful and resourceful in ideas, than any primary care doctor I have seen. This led to a relaxed and positive experience. I was so glad I went.

This office was an answer to my prayers. My doctor was leaving and in the past I had a hard time getting a doctor right away, and I have a lot of health issues. So happy with Collin he is really taking care of me. The clinic and staff are great too.

This has been the friendliest, most caring Healthcare provider and staff I have had ever. I am sad that their care is coming to the end and I will be seeing a primary doctor that may or may not be caring, knowledgeable or willing to listen and help. Their aftercare has been top notch!

The doctor's office i had been going to closed without any notice, I received a letter from [ ]'s office 2 weeks after they closed !!!! And Collin's office got me right in and called in my prescription before I ran out. Thank you so much !!!!!

This was my first visit. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt at ease, cared about, confident in their care. Colin was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained the purpose and function of my meds in a perfect, detailed way. The receptionist & nurse made me feel heard. Kind, smart, attentive. I recommend to everyone!

Staff is very friendly and calm. The doctor was also very friendly and listened to my health concerns, showing compassion, understanding and gave recommendations to fit my personal needs.
