I had a great experience with this practice! I was running a little late & they were still friendly & got me seen right away. They listened to me, set me up with a primary care doctor & scheduled me more testing to see what is causing my pain. They also helped refill my medication I ran out of which, which I really appreciated.

This was great experience, if we're in-between primary care providers this great help thanks you for great health care help, and this a great service, there should be more of these types of these services all over Michigan thanks again.

I cannot see enough about this clinic. From the MA to nurse Todd, to Colin. This was the first institution that ever hated me in advanced directive. Explained it. That meant so much. I thought so welcome. I’m so incredibly happy I’ve made the switch from [hospital] to MiMich

This was my first visit to this office - I have my first appt with my new My Michigan NP provider in West Branch on [date] … this will be my new Family Dr (NP), as my previous provider was [Health System], and I’ve now switched to My Michigan. This appt with Colin McGraw was to obtain my medical information to include my six RXs, which were requiring refills. Colin McGraw was excellent and professional and made me feel totally comfortable. I was glad I saw him that day and he covered everything and answered all my questions. He’s definitely an asset to your care facility and gives a good impression of My Michigan care!!

I was extremely satisfied with all of the staff Colin, the nurse and everybody at continuing Care clinic. I lost my doctor. She left and I was at Wit's ends of knowing what to do next. I knew I had a new doctor with Mid Michigan coming up but it wasn't for months so I had many medical issues going on and Colin and the whole staff at continuing Care clinic were wonderful thank you everyone at continuing care and I would definitely recommend Collin and his whole staff. Thank you!

Dr. Colin and his staff were extremely kind and professional. I personally haven't experienced such amazing care in such a short amount of time from an office. The attentiveness I have received has been comforting to say the least. I walked in feeling scared and left feeling optimistic. I truly feel that I am being take care of. I feel undoubtedly lucky.

I was only there once, but I got more done, and the provider was more respectful and resourceful in ideas, than any primary care doctor I have seen. This led to a relaxed and positive experience. I was so glad I went.
