The entire staff has been very welcoming, helpful, professional, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Our previous PCP left his practice and left us with no doctor. My husband is diabetic and needed to be seen and monitored, sooner rather than later. Colin, his nurse and other staff members worked together and coordinated with at least 3 other practiced to get us in to another doctor(after 9 months without one)in less than a week. We appreciate everyone’s efforts on our behalf.

This is the kindest and most helpful medical facility I have ever been to. My questions were answered, the staff was incredible and caring, and the receptionist took extra time to help my partner and I find the resources we needed. If this office could be our primary care office, I would keep going here!

Every staff member I talked to was courteous and kind. I need Continuing Care while I am waiting to get into a new provider. This place is an essential to the community and I am so grateful to be a temporary patient here.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Colin McGraw And from the moment I walked in, I was treated with such respect and kindness and happiness from the front receptionist to the nurse and staff. In the back in the doctor himself. I felt listen to and had my medications explained to me in a way that I never had explained before. I felt like I had a much better understanding overall of my diagnosis and different things that have recently happened. I am so grateful to have this doctor and the team and would refer them to anyone that I know that is looking for a doctor. Thank you guys for all your kindness and treating me with such compassion and Care.

I am very grateful that the transitional practice and Colin were there. He helped navigate care after making a new diagnosis. He explained everything very well and addressed all of my questions.

I have only seen Colin twice, but both times I was in the office everyone from the receptionist to the nurse who took me back and wrote up my chief complaint and took my vitals to the staff NP, everyone has been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, professional…My husband and I were both impressed with all of the staff we have met and interacted with.
