I felt real comfortable with discussing my medical history with the Doctor and nurses staff; only thing I'm waiting on now is my Radiology report so i can began discussing treatment methods.

In the middle of my first ultrasound where I am hearing the heartbeat, a tech / woman abruptly walks in the room and hands me an iPad because she wanted to “get the ball rolling” on a depression screening. It was so inappropriate and did not need to happen then. By the time I saw my provider, I felt very rushed and she was in and out in about 2-3 minutes. Never asked me if I had any questions, or how I even felt aside from scoring my nausea, etc. She did not care to get to know me. I additionally there was no clear instruction after if I needed to go to the lab, etc so I just left. I was very disappointed.

From the time I arrive to the time I left was a full hour (my last visit was munch longer… 2 hours long of waiting). I was in the exam room waiting for probably 30-45 mins. All my next appointments were scheduled for me which does not allow me to work it into my schedule accordingly, causing me to take another step to get things rescheduled. I have also mentioned to this clinic that I would prefer to be seen downtown since this clinic is an inconvenience for me during my regular working schedule and route, which is unfair to not be heard. Overall not happy with this clinic.

I thought I would receive a more thorough health-check after giving birth, but this was very brief. There wasn't a lot of guidance about what I'm cleared for (I guess all normal activity?), and my blood pressure wasn't taken (by mistake). But everyone was nice, and my questions were answered (although the information about lactation is fairly limited, through no fault of the provider).

Everything went well. The only thing that I thought I understood was that I would talk to the anesthesiologist but was told that I could leave. I didn't meet with the anesthesiologist but I guess I could have misunderstood the doctor.

I appreciated that pre-check in process that eliminated paperwork at the visit. Everyone was very kind and helpful and explained my issues and treatment options well.

Dr. Dunk is amazing and I am so glad I found her! She came in and gave me her full attention and really listened to me. She has great bedside manner and it's obvious this is her passion. The nurses and assistants were nice too!

The nurses and staff were very attentive and very kind. The NP I saw was very dismissive, talked down to me, and made me feel like the symptoms I am having and the fact that tests cannot be done a certain way is my fault.

Everyone was very nice and kind. There was no long wait or sitting alone in a closed room. I was asked if I had questions many times - basically I didn’t have many questions since everything is so overwhelming and, without experience, there is no way to even imagine what to ask. Now, after having some time to absorb the reality of everything and looking online I have many. I’m sure they will be answered as treatment progresses…. I have phone numbers to call for information so that is good. Parking was easy and the building was not confusing to navigate. Over all it was a good experience even in a terrible situation. I am very pleased that this doctor and facility is the one I was referred to.

Everyone was very nice, reassuring and introduced themselves very clearly. The appointment was prompt, the woman who drew my blood and did my intake was absolutely darling, I think her name was Theresa but I can't quite remember. Overall it was an excellent experience, especially given how stressful the subject matter of the appointment was. Also, it happened to be my birthday and everyone who spoke to me told me happy birthday, which I thought was very sweet.

My doctor is Thomas Powell and let me tell you his staff is absolutely amazing and he is the best doctor I have ever had. The bedside manor is above and beyond. He is extremely respectful and actually listens to all of your concerns and he always has the answers.

Dr. Arbuckle was very thorough. She took time with my child as a patient, getting to know her personally. She also took time with me as the parent. She educated us with options, then allowed us to discuss privately before sharing our choice. She was very professional and very genuine.
