The team was very explanatory and listened well. It was a thorough discussion and next steps and reasoning was clearly stated. I appreciate all of Shay and Dr Toboni being there and asking for feedback and questions. It was a good start to our care plan.

Amazingly, appointment went on time. Each person was extremely helpful and made sure I knew they were there to help in anyway I needed. I wasn't left in a room for any length of time, unlike other offices I have visited.

I was late and was seen quickly. Everyone seemed to understand. Most Dr offices act like it is a crime to be late. I know I was at fault but I was so grateful to be treated with respect and not looked at like I was an inconvenience.
