My appointment was at 10, but I got there early n was seen very quickly. Also everyone was so kind and helpful ❗

Everyone was very nice, reassuring and introduced themselves very clearly. The appointment was prompt, the woman who drew my blood and did my intake was absolutely darling, I think her name was Theresa but I can't quite remember. Overall it was an excellent experience, especially given how stressful the subject matter of the appointment was. Also, it happened to be my birthday and everyone who spoke to me told me happy birthday, which I thought was very sweet.

My nurse practitioner introduced herself, summarized my previous history, and explained her plan for this visit. She performed my exam gently and proficiently, explaining and providing feedback about her findings. She addressed my questions and, in response, modified her plan for my next visit. She offered undivided attention while listening to me and asked clarifying questions. From a practical point of view, I appreciate the short waiting time, convenient parking, and validation of parking tickets. Thank you.

Parking was a success. Clean and tidy from parking lot to the drs office. All staff attentive and helped with questions. Visit with dr went well. No long waits.. we were in and out withing 1 hour.

Dr Toboni is WONDERFUL!!!! He took his time to explain everything to me. He put my mind to ease with his explanation of the process. I can’t say enough good things about him.

The reason for my visit was to select a treatment because the trial wasn’t working. Dr Toboni went through all the different treatments and then asked for our choice. After we selected he explained the treatment and then explained the 7 worst possible side effects. He was patient and kind and answered all our questions.
