All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I felt everyone genuinely cared about me. And the phone calls I am receiving after my surgery, checking on you my recovery are a great assurance that they care.

My surgery was set for.9 am. It was after 2 before they got to me. Parking was a nightmare. I have a handicap tag. While many cars were parked in handicap parking few had sign plaquard or tag. We finally found parking up on.6

Beautiful Facility. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel welcomed and at ease. The doctor was awesome and felt like he genuinely cared about and my health. I will be going back and feel very confident in the care I will receive.

Everyone was very nice, reassuring and introduced themselves very clearly. The appointment was prompt, the woman who drew my blood and did my intake was absolutely darling, I think her name was Theresa but I can't quite remember. Overall it was an excellent experience, especially given how stressful the subject matter of the appointment was. Also, it happened to be my birthday and everyone who spoke to me told me happy birthday, which I thought was very sweet.

My nurse practitioner introduced herself, summarized my previous history, and explained her plan for this visit. She performed my exam gently and proficiently, explaining and providing feedback about her findings. She addressed my questions and, in response, modified her plan for my next visit. She offered undivided attention while listening to me and asked clarifying questions. From a practical point of view, I appreciate the short waiting time, convenient parking, and validation of parking tickets. Thank you.

Parking was a success. Clean and tidy from parking lot to the drs office. All staff attentive and helped with questions. Visit with dr went well. No long waits.. we were in and out withing 1 hour.
