I didn’t have to wait. All of the staff were courteous. Dr. Ellington explained everything very well and has amazing bedside manner.

Dr. Ellington is the most precious doctor by whom I have ever been treated. Other members of the treatment team are wonderful, kind and caring. I can’t express my thankfulness and feelings of comfort as I go forward as a patient of Dr. Ellington and others in his treatment team.

The staff that I encountered during my visit was professional and very friendly! I’ve not had a bad experience at any of my visits and I highly recommend UAB Urogynecology and Dr. Ellington to anyone I think might need his services!!!!!!

Doctors and staff are efficient, caring and thorough. I appreciate the little things like: I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes in either the waiting room or treatment room. Cloth, not paper, sheet to cover on exam table.

The nursing & other Staff were kind & helpful. Dr. Ellington was very caring, and he listened to my concerns & talked me through what the exam would entail beforehand which eased my anxiety. Then a little bit afterward he met with me & explained his findings & his recommendations & options. He welcomed my questions, and helped me to feel heard and understood.

I waited almost an hour before I was called back. Apparently a surgery had been scheduled before my case. I understand this but I would have appreciated being told this when I checked in. The facility is outdated and needs major refreshing.

Extremely satisfied with the kind professionalism of the staff and doctor. Extremely satisfied with the care recieved and expediency of the visit. Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the staff and facility. Pleased that my doctor didn't push unnecessary surgery or procedures. His explanation of the diagnosis was clear and his answers understandable. Not 100% satisfied with the treatment options. Would like to see more options that don't include synthetic drugs with a list of side effects. Pleased that he did recommend non-drug physical therapy along with the treatment. Will definitely be returning for follow up treatment with this doctor and facility.

I had a wonderful experience. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, I did not wait long , The receptionist and Nurse was very friendly, professional, and courteous. I enjoyed the visit with Dr. Ellington. He was very patient and caring , very knowledgeable and helpful.
