I’ve never had a doctor be so tactful and kind hearted when questioning me about such uncomfortable to discuss subject matter. Dr. Ellington was completely professional while making me feel like he genuinely cared about my treatment. He made me feel heard.

Dr. Ellington is a wonderful physician. He's so compassionate and genuinely cares about his patient's wellbeing. I would definitely recommend him (and UAB urogynecology department) to anyone.

Everyone very helpful and friendly. Loved Dr. Ellington. The space is too small and cramped though. Needs a larger office area with larger exam rooms and better check in desk.

Dr. Ellington and his staff are incredible. God has given him the ability to correct a problem that will sometimes go untreatable because as women we will put things off. Most importantly, Dr. Ellington knows his hands are in Gods hands and openly shares his faith. I am so thankful for his healing hands and the prayer he prayed with me. The personal phone calls during the healing process were valuable and meaningful. Not something you always get in medical situation. I have already recommended him and his office several times since my initial visit. Thank you so much.
