From the time I arrive to the time I left was a full hour (my last visit was munch longer… 2 hours long of waiting). I was in the exam room waiting for probably 30-45 mins. All my next appointments were scheduled for me which does not allow me to work it into my schedule accordingly, causing me to take another step to get things rescheduled. I have also mentioned to this clinic that I would prefer to be seen downtown since this clinic is an inconvenience for me during my regular working schedule and route, which is unfair to not be heard. Overall not happy with this clinic.

Nurse & Dr. Stewart were on time & very thorough. Did not feel rushed. Dr. Stewart explained my test results in detail & suggested how to go forward with a biopsy. Very comfortable with all suggestions & explanations. Appreciate her gentle & patient mannerisms.

Dr. Stewart is wonderful. So is her assistant. The ladies at both the front desk and back desk were friendly and helpful. My only problems were the parking lot was full and it was impossible to get an appointment on the same day as my other UAB appointments. Even with those two issues, I will gladly drive four hours and stay in a hotel to see Dr Stewart. She is definitely worth it! She is a wonderful doctor and person.
