Everyone was wonderful. The nurse, Lydia, was kind, competent and efficient. She made me feel comfortable and I felt that she really cares for her patients. Dr Hu is one of the best doctors that I have known. She is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. I really appreciate that she really listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. I am very grateful that I am in her care.

Literally everyone I’ve ever seen here is so nice and kind. I’ve seen several providers and nurses and they are all amazing, and so are the check in and check out teams. OBGYN care is the best experience I’ve had in the UAB hospital system!

I saw Dr. Hu which was a different doctor than my usual. She did not answer questions thoroughly and recommended I ask my usual doctor, which made the visit feel like a waste of time. If we have to rotate as patients, each doctor should be equally as knowledgeable at our appointments. A rude comment was also made due to which I will avoid seeing her in the future. The staff and everyone else were wonderful.

Dr. Hu and the nurses were very friendly. One of the highs. They were very patient and I didn’t feel like I was asking dumb questions.

Fast process, kind staff, attentive nurse and physician. Quick appointment. The only negative is finding a nice window to avoid traffic and parking issues - but that's not something UAB or this office can control :)
