I love the Leeds location and the providers there. I drive from Birmingham because it's so much nicer than the main UAB location

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and parking was also a breeze. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient and my nurse and Kathy Robinson always make me feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of.

My reason for this score is because the moment from check in until after my exam with the doctor/nurse was very pleasant and I felt warm and welcomed. All of the healthcare members made me comfortable until I was finished with my exam.

Everyone so accommodating! I had a mammogram scheduled with an hour between appointments. Katherine Robinson checked & got me in immediately so I didn't have to sit around & wait.

I was greeted at the entrance with a smile from behind the desk on both floors . My wait wasn't long for my vitals temp and question exam . The young lady help me realized that I hadn't had a Pap smear done recently. I was placed in the room and the Doctor, CRNP student made sure everything in my chart was updated . I am happy for all the professionals caring staff guiding me to better health .

Office was a mess, nurse practitioner unprofessional with comments, rushed visit, medical records on file disorganized and I had to repeat myself over and over. Staff is very disconnected with patients. Not a pleasant experience.
