Everyone is so nice at the Leeds office. It's not always an appt I like forward to but everyone always makes me feel comfortable and very welcoming.

I was called back and seen in a timely manner. This was very helpful so that I could get back to work. I am a UAB patient for life! Thankful for the amazing team you have in Hoover that keeps me from having to drive downtown.

Online checkin process is great. Didn't have to wait for along period of time in the waiting room or room. Both providers were great and didn't mind answering question.

Provider was kind and encounter improved with time. Initially underestimated my ability to understand nuance or was ignorant of the difference between perimenopause and menopause. I expected a more informed discussion on perimenopause symptoms and current treatments. Also assumed my financial status. Spoke of a medication option but noted that it was "very expensive." I told her that $40 monthly is not an expensive medication.

The Leeds clinic is great. It's wonderful to have UAB care without the hassle of heavy traffic and parking decks associated with the downtown facilities.
