My appointment was from arrival to exit my appointment was efficient. It was wonderful to be greeted & helped by the front desk staff, it was a very short wait, the medical team handled my concerns with care. The doctor actually listened, explained options & we come up with a care plan jointly. He made sure all of my questions were answered & set-up a follow-up plan.

I have always had a great experience every time I have had appointments at UAB. Every single employee I encountered from the parking lot to the front desk to the office were friendly and professional. I never feel rushed. Highly recommend. I don't have anything negative to say.

Good afternoon the reason for my answer is because of the kindness patient commitment you can see in the doctors and caring that they gave me as an individual as a patient and they were consistent on making sure I get to my appointments follow ups concerning my personal health for me and that is very much appreciated

My experience with Doctor Gleason, and Dr. [ ] have been exceptional. Not only did they provide phenomenal care, they also take out the time to listen to my health concerns, provide reassurance, and provide a safe environment physically and emotionally. It’s a blessing to have people who still take pride in their professions. A huge thanx to them both!!!!💛

The checkout person in clinic 5 wasn't quite friendly! No hello , no smile , etc . I told her thank you no you're welcome! Customer service goes a long way! Other than that I enjoyed the other staff !

Dr. Gleason & his staff provide excellent service. I believe Dr. Gleason is a good physician, and he’s easy to talk with about any concerns I might have. He cares about his patients.
