I had a positive experience during my visit. I rated my visit a 10 because the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The provider listened to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood my care plan. I felt comfortable discussing my health concerns and appreciated the level of care and respect I received throughout the appointment.

Everyone was so nice! Receptionist, CMA(Lydia—so precious!), RNs, MD, and lab staff. Everyone made a considerably awkward appointment—comfortable. Dr. Gleason is one of the most personable providers I have spoken with being on the patient side. Thankful to have been placed in his care.

Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable on how the procedure was going to go.. I will definitely recommend. The process was as scheduled. No delays. After the procedure was completed the staff explained in detail s/s to report and when to seek medical attention.

Uab has the best on physicians, nurses practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and staff. Especially in Obgyn and Primary Care

Everyone was so nice from the time I checked. Dr Gleason's nurse was super nice and Dr Gleason was super nice too. I get nervous at the doctor but I felt very comfortable with them. They are so professional and know what they are doing. They are experts!! They were so nice at the desk when I left too.

My appointment was from arrival to exit my appointment was efficient. It was wonderful to be greeted & helped by the front desk staff, it was a very short wait, the medical team handled my concerns with care. The doctor actually listened, explained options & we come up with a care plan jointly. He made sure all of my questions were answered & set-up a follow-up plan.

I have always had a great experience every time I have had appointments at UAB. Every single employee I encountered from the parking lot to the front desk to the office were friendly and professional. I never feel rushed. Highly recommend. I don't have anything negative to say.

Good afternoon the reason for my answer is because of the kindness patient commitment you can see in the doctors and caring that they gave me as an individual as a patient and they were consistent on making sure I get to my appointments follow ups concerning my personal health for me and that is very much appreciated

My experience with Doctor Gleason, and Dr. [ ] have been exceptional. Not only did they provide phenomenal care, they also take out the time to listen to my health concerns, provide reassurance, and provide a safe environment physically and emotionally. It’s a blessing to have people who still take pride in their professions. A huge thanx to them both!!!!💛
