Logistically, it was very easy to get in and out of the facility, everyone directing me was pleasant and helpful. During my appointment, the nurse and assistant were absolutely fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of my experience. :)

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the lab lady put the needle too far in the vein and gave me a large hematoma. I have great veins.
