Nurse practitioner Curry WIC 9th floor. She was very sweet . She explained step by step everything We did. We also did a time out to make sure it was the correct procedure

Spend more time with the patient. Especially concerning things like birth control, IUDs, and really anything that relates to fertility/menstruation.

It was not clear how to check in (the fact that you are to do this on the 1st floor). Also for the intake it was very clear that what I had to say was not welcomed, I felt I could not actually give my health history (not all of it) both the intake person and the nurse at the office seemed annoyed when I answered.

This was my second time visiting and both experiences were not the best. When I went for an ultrasound, I was told my husband and kids couldn’t all go back. The nursing assistant showed no compassion and was rude. The ultrasound tech was in experienced and was hurting me. On the visit 1/29/25, I was late, this was my first time out there house with new baby and I live 30 minutes away and struggled to get there due to fatigue and not feeling well. They again were not very compassionate and said I would have to be seen at the end of clinic. My mind is thinking the end of the day and I drove too far to wait all day. I was later told that meant the end of the morning session. I never want to be seen here again.

From when I opened the door I got a parking pass, the front desk to the nurse and doctor everyone was extremely nice.

The visit was fast and easy. My only recommendation is to streamline the data collection. I answered many questions 3 times: over the phone prior to my appt, at online check in a day or so before, and on paper at check in.
