In the middle of my first ultrasound where I am hearing the heartbeat, a tech / woman abruptly walks in the room and hands me an iPad because she wanted to “get the ball rolling” on a depression screening. It was so inappropriate and did not need to happen then. By the time I saw my provider, I felt very rushed and she was in and out in about 2-3 minutes. Never asked me if I had any questions, or how I even felt aside from scoring my nausea, etc. She did not care to get to know me. I additionally there was no clear instruction after if I needed to go to the lab, etc so I just left. I was very disappointed.

I love Dr. Arbuckle. She listens to me and I always feel informed and under good care after leaving. I know she has my baby and I in the best of heart. I will come to her with all of my pregnancies.

Dr. Arbuckle was very thorough. She took time with my child as a patient, getting to know her personally. She also took time with me as the parent. She educated us with options, then allowed us to discuss privately before sharing our choice. She was very professional and very genuine.

The surgeon I met with was incredible. She gave me plenty of treatment options and advice! She never downplayed my symptoms or pain, she listened and cared! She understood my need for validation and encouraged me to make whichever decision I felt was right. After years and years of my pain being dismissed and downplayed, she seemed to actually want to find a solution.

My adult special needs daughter is a patient of Dr. Arbuckle. She listens to all of our concerns, patient and understanding. Dr. Arbuckle always has my daughter’s best interest as her priority.

The pediatric resident (?) on rotation was also excellent and had fantastic rapport with my daughter, making us both feel sincerely heard, not just giving token attention.

Everyone from check-in to physician was very kind and helpful people along the way to point us to our appointment . Parking was very full. Glad we arrived an hour early, because it was 45 minutes to find parking. Even valet was full.
