Dr. Arbuckle was the sweetest, most kind person ever. She was patient and very informative. Her staff was amazing also and very very nice. It was a pleasant experience for an unpleasant reason why we were there. She’s the best. Hands down. Love her!!

I absolutely love Dr. Arbuckle and she’s the only reason I stay at UAB. If I was not having a c section, I would have found another office months ago. Scheduling is never helpful and most of them answer the phone immediately trying to not be helpful no matter what I ask. Occasionally I will get someone who tries to help, but more often than not that’s not the case. I did not have these issues in 2021, but this pregnancy I have been very unhappy at UAB. Again, if it weren’t for Dr. Arbuckle’s fantastic care I would not stay.

Great medical team. Dr.A is amazing, has great bedside manners, and she remembers her patients boring stories from last visit. She actually listens and l shows that she cares about patient well being!!

Very impressed with Dr. Arbuckle and her staff, including the nurses, techs, and receptionists. Appreciated the friendly and respectful treatment, knowledge, care, etc. of everyone there.

Everyone I encountered: Bethany at check in, Meg the Diabetes Educator, Tammy the Ultrasound Tech, Shauna the Nurse, Anna the Midwife, and Doctor Arbuckle were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though it is a busy hospital everyone took their time and I felt very seen, heard and well cared for. Thank you!
