I’ve been coming to GYN oncology dept for over 3 years. Everyone that we have had contact with from the people checking me in, the nurses in clinic and in infusion, Samtha [last name] and Dr Smith have always shown us compassion and empathy, making ya feel that we are the only patients at that time.

Parking was convenient, and I was called for my appointment in a timely fashion. My contact with all staff members was very pleasant. They were very professional, and I was treated with compassion, courtesy, dignity and respect. I was especially impressed with Dr. Haller Smith! She made me feel comfortable in a very awkward situation. I really appreciated her compassion, professionalism and excellent care.

It was great! Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comfortable! I have not taken care of my body as I should and never once was I ever made to feel shame! Dr. Smith and her team were wonderful! I learned more about my diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer than I have since I was diagnosed back in November 2025! Thanks to everyone!

Stress free, from parking to final paperwork. Entire team were extraordinarily kind, helpful, informative. My sisters accompanied me and very included in the process and were also able to ask questions and were made to feel their voices were important as well. Thank you.

Samantha and staff are always so kind, patient, and compassionate. I have a history of abuse, and pelvic exams are very difficult for me. Samantha has never failed to make me feel heard and like my trauma matters. I know I am in the best, most capable hands with these ladies.
