It was great! Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comfortable! I have not taken care of my body as I should and never once was I ever made to feel shame! Dr. Smith and her team were wonderful! I learned more about my diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer than I have since I was diagnosed back in November 2025! Thanks to everyone!

It was a very professional experience. I was told everything up front. The Dr was very good at what she does.I felt very secure in the decisions I made. Things were easy to understand.It was a great experience

Stress free, from parking to final paperwork. Entire team were extraordinarily kind, helpful, informative. My sisters accompanied me and very included in the process and were also able to ask questions and were made to feel their voices were important as well.

Everyone that we come into contact with from the parking gentleman that greets us in the parking lot, to reception, the Aide, Sam and Dr Smith and infusion nurses make us feel welcomed and they are here to make our lives better.

Staff and physician were amazing ! Everything was explained properly and all staff was very helpful and kind. Dr. Smith and her staff made me feel heard and my concerns were not disregarded. Thank you! I would highly recommend UAB.

Samantha and staff are always so kind, patient, and compassionate. I have a history of abuse, and pelvic exams are very difficult for me. Samantha has never failed to make me feel heard and like my trauma matters. I know I am in the best, most capable hands with these ladies.

From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated with the upmost respect and care. The receptionist, CRNPs, nurses and the Dr. were very professional . They gave great explanations of everything that was being done. This greatly helped to relieve my anxiety.
