The appointment began on time (actually a few minutes early). The nurse and provider we caring and listened to me. The care provided has made a big improvement in my condition.

I arrived 1 1/2 hours early due to the distance I traveled. They were able to see me early. Staff and doctor were professional and efficient. So glad I chose UAB.

It was not rushed and my concerns were addressed. As a senior citizen I don't feel that very often. Thank you very much. Stefani was wonderful.

My nurse Haley was absolutely wonderful. I had woken up very late for my hour drive to bham and I didn't get a chance to wash up. Haley made sure I had the opportunity to do that before my pelvic exam. I'm so grateful.
My nurse practitioner Stefani answered all my questions and was very kind to me as we talked about my condition.
This is why I drive from Gadsden to bham. The care is top notch. Thank you

The care team was excellent but the wait time was poor. I was an hour late from my scheduled appointment time. I was in the clinic for 1 hour 45 minutes from arrival to leave time.

This was my first time visiting the women’s and infant center at UAB Medical Center. The nurses were all very nice very attentive. It was a great experience. I felt like they were listening to what my issues were . I feel like they are very knowledgeable and what they do and I absolutely feel like. I am going to get some help. Thanks, UAB women’s and infant Center.

Did not have to wait 5 minutes to see the dr, so happy!!! She listened to every thing had to say and was so helpful. I have not had such a plesant office visit in years. Very happy customer❤️

Everyone I had contact with was informative, professional and really listened to what I said. They were not in a rush. I have yet to meet a medical staff member at UAB that was not sympathetic to my reasons for visiting. I got the answers and information I was looking for. They were awesome!

Provider was thorough and took time to explain everything including side effects of various options. Really appreciated it.
Checking in with a big dirty plastic barrier is not at all welcoming. There has to be a better alternative if one is needed.
