It was great experience. It always is. Dr. Sharp. Always listens to my concerns and responds accordingly. I'm always treated with dignity and respect and everybody is always kind.

Whitney Sharp was wonderful. I was nervous and had questions. She answered all my questions and reassured me. We talked through the history of my issue, where we are in the plan, and if this does not work, what will be next. I really, really appreciate all the information she gave and her manner.

The Physicians Assistant took time to explain the tests I needed and was very thorough. She was very professional, courteous & listened to my chief complaints. I felt I was in good hands.

Thank you for your excellent care! Kim was flexible and very respectful of my time. I was able to have a mammogram first and then keep the GYN appointment Instructions were given clearly and slowly. I was given the opportunity to ask questions by the nurse and by Whitney Sharp, CRNP. Ms. Sharp is always patient and kind. She has a wonderful "bedside manner." She is thorough with explanations and is extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate her help through the years. Thanks to the whole Clinical TEAM! You ROCK!

Whitney Sharp listens well, takes a good history, & maintains communication always. She is highly professional, knowledgeable & is current with latest information pertinent to my age. The staff was professional, polite, & asked & answered all the appropriate questions.

Check in was a little tricky since there was no one at the front desk upstairs (lunchtime I think). Maybe a sign saying if you've already checked in downstairs to just sit down? There were several of us who didn't know what to do. Also, this is nitpicky, but it's a very cold sterile environment. Every other OB office I've been to has pictures, a little color, tampons/pads/wipes...just a little more inviting. Every time the assistant went out the door during my exam, I was completely exposed to the nurses station. Like I could see them, so I know they could see me. I don't know how to avoid this but the other offices I've been to have the exam table pointing the other way. Very embarrassing. Otherwise, everyone was very kind and knowledgeable and that's the most important part.

The clinic staff always takes the time to answer my questions and explain what will occur during my appointment. They always make me feel comfortable during appointments and check in with me during exams and procedures. The staff is so kind and caring!

The visit was well prepared, with a phone call beforehand and the collection of medical history. The visit went quickly, smoothly, & Whitney was well-versed, answered all my questions, and made a follow-up appointment for me. Grateful for the care I received.

Couldn't have been better. My original appointment was canceled, so I had to call for a new one. I find that annoying. Nevertheless, I took the first available appointment and had a good experience.

Dr. Sharp was so sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and like her only patient! And her chaperone was very sweet, and knowledgeable as well!!! I had an excellent experience!!!

Whitney Sharp was just super nice and the lady who assisted her was too. It is more convenient for me to get to Hoover since I had been coming downtown for years and really appreciate the change. Same good service!

The doctor was wonderful, explained everything to me. Thankful they were able to get me in the same day because I was having issues, and added an ultrasound same day and we're able to get that in quickly as well. Very satisfied,
