I was in and out of my appointment in record time. All of my questions were answered, I felt like my care was a top priority. Would recommend Whitney Sharp to everyone. She is amazing as well as the entire care team from receptionist to care tech.,

Everyone is very nice and I was seen quickly. I've had a little trouble with portal response in the past but I'm hoping it will be improved the next time I use it.

I didn’t have to wait long to be called back. Once I was in the room it didn’t take forever for the Dr to come in. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She explained what she was doing and I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

I understand that my daughter is [age] and can speak for herself and is allowed that time alone with the provider but I was unhappy that I was not given the opportunity to speak with the provider with my concerns about her current method of birth control. My daughter is old enough to speak for herself but no knowledgeable in the area of birth control or questions to ask regarding her care. I believe I should have been given an opportunity to talk with the provider

Everyone is always very nice and professional. I absolutely adore NP Whitney Sharp and I’m so very glad I chose her and my team for our care. She has always taken time to listen and help in any way she could. There were times she would let me vent or even cry when going through hard times with no judgement and I never once felt rushed although I know she is very busy. I can’t thank the Hoover OB team enough for taking care of me and also my healthy baby boy.

The provider was on time, listened to my concerns, asked the appropriate history questions, verified information, asked if I had questions, and reminded me that the portal was available if I needed to reach her before my next appointment.
