I learned very little new information at this appointment. She was across the room from us, mostly looking at her laptop asking questions that should already be in my file. She didn’t explain what I should expect at the time of my infusion. She didn’t go over side effects. She could not not answer some of our questions. She didn’t seem to know why my primary sent me there( it’s in my file). She even questioned me about alcohol when I said I DON’t drink she said, “not ever?” like she didn’t trust my first answer.

He went to with serve leg pain. Hope to get some help with. She said it is cause from your sugar. Said to take the Gabapentin the way urgent care said. Sent him out the door. No blood work, pain medication or a referral to any specialist. He was in her office 11 minutes. Very disappointed. He still is in alot of pain.
