I was not informed that the patient required a prescription. I was told I need to order it on my own. It would make sense to receive a prescription for her at the time of the appointment while meeting with the provider. I am seeking a prescription for her from my provider. My provider did not ask me if I was seeking any birth control prescriptions at this time. I would have answered yes to that question if I was asked.

i was nervous to switch when dr. patel changed careers to teaching, but lucy is fantastic. she makes me feel totally comfortable and is super helpful. appointments / procedures are easy and cause zero stress or anxiousness.

The only thing that ended up being unsatisfying about the appointment is that I have never been sexually active, and the tools that was used for my pelvic exam were really uncomfortable due to the size of them. I wish the provider would have asked what I preferred with that to make the experience more comfortable.

Lucy always listens to me, let me vent, and then tells me the plan while making sure I understand the plan. Best of all she doesn’t waste time, she makes eye contact, and she’s so friendly.
