This was a first appointment with a new provider, due to the upcoming retirement of my previous primary care doctor, Edward Hatt MD, and the departure from Mercy Health of Dr. Hatton, whom I was going to start seeing.I did not know what to expect from this practice group, and did not understand what a Physician Assistant could provide for my ongoing regular needs. PA Schulte answered all of my questions, with a full appreciation of my concerns and needs. He explained all important details of the care he could provide, and how he worked with other doctors in the practice group. He showed a fine ability to articulately explain the important points in a way that satisfied all of my questions and concerns.Then as we got in the medical details of my situation and a brief initial examination, he showed great skill and attention to detail in analyzing my background and needs, and some special needs that I have. His ability to cogently analyze the situation and then to respond to me and present care options and pathways was impressive. These are the same qualities which always made me value Dr. Hatt so much as an outstanding practitioner. As a result, I felt very comfortable in proceeding with him and the other doctors in the practice group as my new primary healthcare providers. I look forward to working with him and his colleagues in the future.

Andrew is absolutely amazing. He doesn't come off as Alam a doctor I know better than you he comes off as someone who wants to listen and learn because there might be something that no one's thought of that could be used to help.

I'm not sure he knew what was really hurting me. But it turned ok. The medicine he precribed for me has not helped with the pain.
