Did not feel rushed, felt that she listened well to my issues, and took the time to make sure future appts for certain things were going to be done.

Se ve que está interesada en mi bienestar y puedo ver su esfuerzo para que yo esté bien, también el trató que da a la familia que me acompaña, me gusta mucho, me hace sentir cómoda y tranquila siempre que tengo mis sitas médicas. Yo estoy feliz de tenerla como mi doctora. También habla mi idioma y eso me ayuda mucho a entender cómo cuidar mi salud. (It seems that she is interested in my well-being and I can see her effort to ensure that I am well, also the treatment she gives to the family that accompanies me, I like it a lot, she makes me feel comfortable and calm whenever I have my medical appointments. I am happy to have her as my doctor. She also speaks my language and that helps me a lot to understand how to take care of my health.)

After waiting 8 days to come in it was not appropriate to have me wait another 5 days for an antibiotic.

Waiting 45 minutes in the room to see the doctor because a different patient came early to their appointment. We were more than on time and shouldn’t have to wait in that case
