With Heather, I don't feel rushed. I feel like she actually listens and is not in a hurry to exit the room. Always asks if I have any other questions before she leaves.

When I need additional help on MyChart, she responds within a short amount of time. She respects my questions and answers them so I can understand. She is a great physician.

Dr. Romero is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is kind and compassionate and listens to everything you have to say without judgement. She is hard to get into because she is so busy and everyone loves her, but I will wait just so I can see her.

I'm 63 years old and have had quite a few doctors in my life, but so far Dr. Romero is top on my list. She is always pleasant and very good at explaining things to me. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone who need a primary care physician.
