Dr Ye is an excellent physician. However the newish phone system is very, very difficult to negotiate. Additionally I feel that ending a person in the office for Dr Ye was not in the interest of his patients. Good patient care and communication should be a higher priority than the profits of Trinity. Thank you.

We really like Dr. Ye and his approach to handling his medical practice. He is very understanding and doesn’t hesitate to make a referral when one is appropriate. He has been our primary care Dr. since he came to Mercy and we highly recommend him.
