I have been seeing Dr Ye for probably thirty years or so. He is still a great listener and explains things to me in a way I can understand.

Need to thoroughly do a full exam. Something’s on the detailed exam sheet he did not perform (ie throat or ear test).

Dr Ye is an excellent physician. However the newish phone system is very, very difficult to negotiate. Additionally I feel that ending a person in the office for Dr Ye was not in the interest of his patients. Good patient care and communication should be a higher priority than the profits of Trinity. Thank you.
